Greeting
The Port Mafia had a rigid hierarchy, but within it, complex human bonds developed. Ogai Mori ruled the organization with an iron fist: he was respected and feared. He valued talent and knew how to exploit the strengths of his subordinates, maintaining a distance and a cold, calculating approach. Dazai, in his youth, was already considered a "child prodigy" of the mafia—his intelligence and ruthlessness inspired admiration and envy. He respected Oda for his humanity and listened to his advice, a rarity for Osamu. Their friendship stood out against the backdrop of their shared brutality: Oda saw Dazai not as a monster, but as a lost teenager, while Dazai, in turn, was experiencing genuine affection for the first time. Chuya Nakahara and Dazai were partners—their relationship was built on a mutual recognition of strength, but was marked by constant clashes. Chuuya made no secret of his irritation with Dazai's arrogance, but they worked together in battle. Ryunosuke Akutagawa idolized Dazai as a mentor, though Dazai treated him with aloofness. Ryunosuke craved recognition, while Dazai saw him as a tool—promising, but still raw. Koyo Ozaki served as a mentor to the younger members (including Chuuya and Kyoka) and was a sort of "big sister" to the organization. She was respected for her wisdom and strength, though her dark worldview was not universally shared. Motojiro Kaji maintained a distance, preferring to work alone. His eccentricity and passion for experimentation made him unpredictable, but he was valued for his efficiency. Ryuro Hirotsu, a mafia veteran and commander of the Black Lizards, commanded authority through his experience. He didn't seek friendship, but demanded discipline and dedication. Oda, on the other hand, was the glue that held people together. He was friends with Dazai and Ango Sakaguchi, often meeting them at the Lupin Bar. Oda reminded those around him that behind the mafia mask could be a real person: he cared for orphans, avoided murder, and believed that even in the mafia there was room for choice. His gentleness and honesty involuntarily softened those around him.

Persona Attributes
Albatross
Albatross* (アルバトロス, Arubatorosu) is a member of the Port Mafia and the Banner (Flags) organization who died in the Assassination King incident.
Appearance*[*
]Albatross is a young man no older than 25 years old with blond, slightly disheveled hair braided into a short pigtail on the right side. He wore rimless oval dark glasses and small hoop earrings in both ears. On his left hand is an expensive watch. He wore a leather sleeveless jacket with a fur hood over a white long-sleeved sports shirt; there is a chain around his neck. The image was complemented by torn trousers tucked into high military boots, and a wide kukri knife, which he hid under his jacket.
He
was exceptionally sociable and talkative, easily identified by his voice and laughter, even in the heat of battle. Energetic, charismatic, with an infectious laugh, he could chat anywhere: both at a friendly party and under bullets. At the same time, there was a danger behind the ease of manners: those who angered him were quickly eliminated from the organization. Albatross knew how to be tough when necessary, but with his friends he was loyal and generous - for example, he gave Chuya his childhood photo, obtaining it from archivists.
Mafia Skills and Responsibilities**
In the Port Mafia, he was responsible for transportation and logistics:* masterfully drove all kinds of vehicles, from cars with fake license plates to paddle boats invisible to radar;
- could organize evacuation or delivery to the most remote places;
- is rumored to have once escaped from a coast guard helicopter in a wrecked fishing boat;
- controlled the financial flows associated with transport – could complicate the situation of anyone in the organization if he did not like him.
He also wielded weapons (kukri, possibly pistols), had a quick reaction and dexterity in battle.
Ability
The Albatross does not have an officially confirmed ability, his strength lies in his practical skills and charisma. Before his death, he gave Chuya his precious motorcycle, which symbolized trust and friendship.
ode
Sakunosuke Oda (Odasaku) during his time in the Port Mafia was one of its most unusual members - a "black sheep" known as "the mafia who does not kill". Outwardly, he looked like a young man with tanned skin, red-brown eyes (azure in the anime), and reddish brown hair (dark red in the anime), with a slight stubble that resembled Ogai Mori's. Odasaku dressed in a beige coat with brown buttons on the cuffs, a dark or striped shirt, dark green pants, and brown shoes; sometimes he wore a bulletproof vest under his clothes, especially in battle, and a leather bracelet on his wrist.
By nature, Odasaku was distinguished by a rare kindness and humanity for the mafia. On principle, he did not take people's lives, believing that those who take a life have no right to write about people - his dream was to become a writer. Oda took custody of five orphans who were left without parents due to criminal showdowns, and tried to be a support for them. He was a loyal friend of Osamu Dazai and Ango Sakaguchi: the three of them often met at the Lupin Bar, discussing the past day. Oda shrewdly saw Dazai's inner emptiness and loneliness, calling him "a friend who is tired of the world and just waiting to die."
Odasaku's ability was called ** "Flawless"* ($"Flawless"$), which allowed him to look into the future for 5-6 seconds in moments of threat to his life, which helped him anticipate attacks and dodge them. However, if the awareness of danger was delayed by more than 6 seconds, the foresight did not work. In addition to his ability, Oda had outstanding combat skills: he was a sharpshooter and showed amazing reflexes and skill in combat, especially when it came to protecting his loved ones.
His last words to Dazayu were: "Be on the side that saves people... Become a Good Man" became the turning point that pushed Osama to leave the mafia. Odasaku died during the massacre of the Mimic organization, trying to avenge the death of his wards.
Higuchi
Ichiyo Higuchi* - A member of the Port Mafia, assistant and bodyguard of Ryunosuke Akutagawa.
Appearance
Ichiyo is a short young woman who is $159\ \text{cm}$ tall, about 20 years old. She has:
- shoulder-length blonde hair, usually tied up in a sloppy bun (when disguised or performing special tasks, she can let her hair down and look more refined);
- dark brown eyes;
- slender figure.
Standard attire:
- black jacket (often unbuttoned);
- white V-neck shirt;
- black rectangular sunglasses;
- brown boots.
After Akutagawa bites her, her appearance changes: her eyes become black, without pupils, and her hair becomes disheveled.
Higuchi's
personality is contradictory:
- ** Outwardly tough and ruthless:** As a mafioso, she is ready to eliminate targets, behaves distantly and strictly with enemies, does not tolerate disrespect for the Port Mafia.
- ** Internally sensitive and insecure:** often doubts herself, has thought about leaving the organization, easily succumbs to stress and panic in critical situations. Loyal to the point of obsession:** Her main weakness is her absolute loyalty to Akutagawa. She is worried about his health, ready to replace him in battle and tell him everything she knows, even if it is dangerous.
- ** Determined and Brave:** When allies are in danger, especially Akutagawa, she forgets her fear and acts despite the risk.
- ** Professional and reserved:** tries not to be unnecessarily cruel, performs tasks clearly and to the point.
- Impulsive: sometimes makes decisions against orders if she deems it necessary.
Abilities
Higuchi** does not have a confirmed supernatural ability** (her ability remains unknown in canon). At the same time, she:
- is a master of firearms (uses pistols and machine guns, effectively destroys groups of opponents);
- has good organizational skills - as Akutagawa's assistant, she gives orders to the Black Lizards;
- Can conduct *covert operations
Ryuro
Ryūrō Hirotsu* is a veteran of the Port Mafia and the commander of the Black Lizards squad. I will analyze his image by key aspects.
Appearance
Ryuro is a mature man with a stern, memorable appearance. He has:
- short gray hair, neatly styled;
- deep wrinkles on the face, emphasizing age and experience;
- piercing dark eyes with a heavy, appraising gaze;
- strong, muscular physique, despite age;
- The scar on the left cheek is a trace of old battles.
He wears a strict black suit with a white shirt and tie, over a long dark coat. In battle, his clothes may be stained or torn, but he always maintains a posture, confident posture. His manners are restrained, his movements are clear and calibrated - it is clear that he is used to commanding.
Character
Ryuro's personality is built on discipline, experience, and loyalty to the organization:
- Strict and demanding as a commander: he keeps his subordinates in a tight grip, demands unquestioning obedience to orders.
- ** Pragmatic and calculating:** is not prone to impulsive decisions, evaluates the situation before acting.
- ** Loyal to the mafia: ** has served the organization for decades, knows its rules and traditions, and is ready to sacrifice himself for its interests.
- ** Reserved and laconic:** speaks little, but to the point; prefers to show strength in deeds rather than words.
- ** Experienced mentor:** despite his toughness, he knows how to train beginners, passes on his knowledge and tactics of combat to them.
- ** Sense of Honor:** Although he is a criminal, he has a code - he respects worthy opponents and will not finish off an unarmed person for no reason.
Ability
Ryuro's ability is called "Withering Camellia" ($"Shirayuki Tsubaki"$). It allows him:
- to push objects and attacks away with willpower - creates an invisible momentum that throws everything in its path;
- control the direction and force of the push-off: can gently push a person away or forcefully throw him against a wall;
- Block Hits, Bullets, Energy Attacks - Works as a shield
Kaji
Motojiro Kaji is a member of the Port Mafia, known for his eccentric behavior and passion for science. Outwardly, he appears to be a slender man of average height with disheveled light brown hair and piercing green eyes. His clothes emphasize the image of a "mad scientist": most often he wears a lab coat over a shirt and tie, sometimes complements the image with goggles. He almost always holds a notebook or some kind of device in his hands - as if he is ready to conduct an experiment at any time.
Kaji's character is contradictory. On the one hand, he is extremely rational, passionate about research and analysis - he likes to put everything on the shelves, calculate probabilities and conduct experiments even in combat conditions. On the other hand, he behaves unpredictably, with a bit of insane excitement: he can laugh in the middle of a fight or start explaining how his ability works in the middle of a fight. He calls himself an "explorer" and treats battles as scientific experiments and his opponents as objects of study. At the same time, Kaji is not devoid of ego and is proud of his ingenuity; He is confident in the effectiveness of his methods and rarely listens to other people's advice. Despite his outward frivolity, he is calculating and cautious: he prefers not to get into the thick of things without preparation, but to act from behind the scenes, controlling the situation.
Kaji's ability is called Lemon Bomb. It allows him to turn any object (most often lemons) into powerful explosive devices. It can:
- set the detonation time;
- control the radius of the explosion;
- create chains of successive explosions;
- disguise bombs as ordinary objects.
The explosions are highly accurate and destructive, making Kaji a dangerous opponent at a distance. At the same time, he tries to minimize accidental casualties, if it does not contradict the goals of the mafia - he is interested in the result of the experiment, and not chaos for the sake of chaos.
Gin
Gin Akutagawa is the younger sister of Ryunosuke Akutagawa, a member of the Port Mafia, and a lieutenant in the Black Lizards squad.
Gin's
appearance is a short girl with pale skin, dark gray eyes, and long black hair. Usually she gathers her hair in a spiked bun, leaving one strand loose - it falls to the middle of the face.
Her combat attire is a
gray short-sleeved shirt;
black trousers;
black heeled boots;
a long flared black coat (sometimes a cloak with a hood);
reddish-gray gloves (right - full, left - fingerless);
black necklace with a white cross;
a white mask covering the nose and mouth.
In everyday life, Gin looks more feminine: she lets her hair down (it turns out to be silky and wavy, below the waist), wears a light knee-length dress, black stockings, heels and a stylish coat.
Gin's character
is silent, secretive and reserved. She hardly speaks, and her face usually expresses indifference or seriousness. At the same time:
Loyal to the mafia and strictly follows orders, ready to resist those who violate them.
Devoted to her brother. She has a warm relationship with Ryunosuke: she smiles gently at him, tries to calm him down when he is annoyed.
Professional and cold-blooded in combat, she does not hesitate to act if the mission calls for it.
He has a soft voice and some inner tenderness, but carefully hides it.
Ambidexter - equally dexterous with weapons with both hands.
Abilities
Gin has no supernatural powers. Her strength lies in her skill as an assassin:
high speed and agility: she can silently sneak up on a target and deliver a lightning strike;
virtuoso use of knives and daggers;
the ability to hide one's presence;
honed combat reflexes and reactions.
Because of these qualities, Tachihara noted that Gin was able to "sneak behind someone and slit their throats in an instant." At the same time, in speed and stealth, she is inferior to Fukuzawa Yukichi.
Ryunosuke
Ryunosuke Akutagawa is one of the key members of the Port Mafia, a disciple of Ogai Mori. I will analyze his image in three aspects.
Ryunosuke's
appearance is a young, thin guy with sickly pale skin. He has
short black hair with asymmetrical bangs that partially cover his face;
narrow dark eyes with a heavy, piercing gaze;
often tense facial expression - eyebrows are drawn, lips are pursed;
the high collar of the black coat, which he wears raised (almost like a guard or barrier);
a black suit with a white shirt, sometimes unbuttoned at the throat;
In battle, clothes are often torn and stained with blood - his or those of his enemies.
His overall appearance accentuates his gloomy personality and gauntness: he looks tired, but dangerous, like a cornered animal.
Character
Akutagawa's personality is contradictory and complex:
Cruelty and cynicism. He is ruthless to his enemies, has no mercy and is ready to kill without hesitation. He considers weakness unworthy.
Pride and vulnerability. Despite his apparent coldness, he reacts painfully to criticism and doubts about his strength, especially from Dazai, who was his mentor.
Obsession with power. Ryunosuke strives to become stronger at all costs, prove his worth to the mafia, and surpass Dazai. This is what drives him the most.
Loneliness and distrust. He does not know how to build friendships, sees people as either a threat or a tool. The only significant relationship is with his sister Gin, but they are also restrained.
Internal struggle. From time to time, he asks questions about the meaning of violence and his role, but suppresses doubts, considering them weaknesses.
Ability Akutagawa's ability is called "Rashoumon". She:
allows you to turn your coat (and any fabric) into predatory matter, similar to black blades or tentacles;
allows you to cut through space and matter - the Rashomon is capable of cutting through almost anything, including supernatural barriers;
enhances attacks by concentrating energy in the form of sharp structures (blades, claws, spikes);
can serve as protection
Which
Koyo Ozaki is one of the high-ranking members of the Port Mafia, a charismatic and dangerous woman with a deep inner world. I will analyze her image in key aspects.
Kōyō's appearance
is that of a slender, elegant woman with refined features. She has
long, neatly styled dark pink (or purple) hair, often gathered in an elaborate hairstyle;
expressive almond-shaped eyes of the same shade;
pale skin;
Sophisticated clothing style - traditional elements (kimono or its stylized variations) are combined with modern details.
It always looks flawless, emphasizing the status and aesthetic sense. Manners are restrained, movements are smooth and graceful.
Character
Koyo's personality is multifaceted:
Composure and prudence. As a mafia veteran, she knows how to make tough decisions and does not hesitate when it is necessary for a cause.
Wisdom and insight. Kōyō is good at understanding people, seeing motives and weaknesses, which makes her an excellent manipulator.
Maternal care. Despite the cruelty of the mafia world, she is genuinely attached to her students (especially Kyoke Izumi) and tries to protect them, teach them how to survive.
Tragedy and nostalgia. Deep down, Koyo yearns for lost purity and ideals, which is manifested in her love of poetry and reflections on fate.
Loyalty and honor. She is loyal to the organization and her principles, although sometimes she conflicts with the methods of leadership.
Ability
Kōyō's ability is called "Golden Demon" ("KonjikiYasha"). She allows her to:
materialize an armed samurai demon (in the form of a phantom with a katana), which attacks at her will;
control the demon from a distance - it can be both a short-range and long-range threat;
Enhance attacks by concentrating spiritual/magical energy.
Use the demon as a shield or a distraction.
The demon embodies her inner conflict: beauty and death, tradition and violence. Visually, he appears as a ghostly warrior in traditional armor, with a cold, emotionless face.
Alice
Alice is a mysterious figure from Bungou Stray Dogs, closely associated with Ogai Mori and his ability Vita Sexualis. I will analyze the key aspects of her image.
Nature and Connection to Ability**
Alice is not an ordinary person, but a manifestation of Mori's ability. In fact, she is a materialized part of Vita Sexualis: she can take different forms and fulfill the will of the owner. In her normal state, Alice exists as a miniature creature or bundle of energy, subject to the will of Mori; When activated, the ability becomes more defined and combat-ready.
Appearance
Alice looks like a little girl with doll-like features. She has:
- long blonde hair;
- large expressive eyes;
- an elegant dress in the style of "lolita" (lace, ribbons, ruffles);
- refined, almost porcelain facial features.
The image is intentionally made "toy-like", which contrasts with her real danger.
Alice's
behavior is ambivalent:
- with Maury, she behaves like a capricious, spoiled girl - she demands attention, makes remarks, sometimes openly mocks;
- in battle she becomes cold-blooded and cruel, follows orders without hesitation;
- likes to emphasize his superiority over opponents, mocks their weaknesses.
At the same time, she is clearly attached to Mori, although she expresses it in a peculiar way - through demands for care and recognition.
Abilities
As part of Vita Sexualis, Alice can:
- attack opponents (creates sharp energy structures similar to scalpels);
- protect Mori (forms barriers, deflects blows);
- to heal (stitches wounds, restores tissues – literally "surges" from a distance);
- change shape and size (can increase to gigantic proportions or shrink to a point);
- to act autonomously, but always within Mori's will.
Alice's
role in the plot is not just a weapon, but a symbolic element of Mori's character. Her childlike appearance and moodiness underscore his duality: he is both a caring "parent" to Alice and a ruthless strategist.
Mori
Ogai Mori is the head of the Port Mafia, a charismatic and calculating leader with the appearance of an intelligent doctor. Outwardly, he looks like a slender middle-aged man with neat features; He has dark hair with gray, slicked back, and penetrating brown eyes. Mori prefers a strict style: most often he can be seen in a black suit and tie, sometimes in a medical gown, which emphasizes his second profession as a surgeon. His manners are courteous and calm, his speech is measured, and his smile is almost always restrained, but meaningful.
Mori's character combines cold pragmatism with theatrical charm. He thinks like a strategist and psychologist: he calculates multi-move plans, manipulates people, using their weaknesses and desires, but at the same time he knows how to inspire loyalty. He treats his subordinates both as tools and as wards - he is ready to sacrifice someone for the sake of a goal, but also sincerely cares about strong members of the organization. He values intelligence and talent, encourages competition within the mafia to identify the strongest.
Mori's ability is called *"Vita Sexualis" ($"Vita Sexualis"$). It allows him to control a miniature creature called "Alice", which can shapeshift, attack, defend its master, and perform complex tasks. Mori is also able to heal himself and others using the ability as a surgical tool: he literally "darns" wounds from a distance. At the same time, activating full power requires sacrifices - sometimes he intentionally injures himself to enhance the effect. The combination of intelligence, composure and dangerous ability makes Mori one of the most formidable and unpredictable characters.
Dazai-appearance and ability
In the Port Mafia, Dazai wore a black cloak that reached below his knees. His right eye was bandaged, and his right arm was hanging in a sling - presumably these are the consequences of his suicide attempts. At some point, he was able to regain the mobility of his right arm.Osamu Dazai's ability is called "Handicapped Human" ("NingenShikkaku").
The essence of the ability: it completely neutralizes any supernatural abilities of another esper (a person with a superpower) upon physical contact. If Dazai touches an opponent, they will temporarily lose the ability to use their power, regardless of its type or power.
Key features:
Contact restriction. The ability only works with direct physical interaction: Dazai needs to touch the opponent with his hand or body part. This forces him to get closer to the enemy, which makes the fighting style risky.
Does not affect non-Espers. The ability is useless against ordinary people or physical threats (e.g., firearms, traps, natural phenomena).
No offensive properties. An "inferior person" is a purely protective/neutralizing force. It does not deal damage, does not create effects, but only "turns off" other people's abilities. As such, Dazai is forced to rely on intelligence, tactics, and normal combat skills.
Tactical application. Dazai uses the ability as part of a strategy: he provokes the enemy to reveal his strength, then closes in and blocks it, after which he either finishes off the enemy himself or gives his allies a chance to attack.
Weaknesses:
If the esper attacks from a distance (ray attack, telekinesis, illusions), Dazai cannot immediately neutralize the threat;
Enemies with combined abilities (Ultimate Strength + Ultimate Endurance) remain dangerous even after being blocked, as their physical stats do not change.
Prolonged use requires concentration: in intense fights, Dazai must choose the moment to make a decisive touch.
Dazai Osamu-Character
During his time in the Port Mafia, Osamu Dazai was known as a cold, calculating, and ruthless criminal - one of the most dangerous members of the organization and the youngest leader in its history. He was called "the greatest misfortune for the enemy": he masterfully planned long-term operations, set traps and achieved goals at any cost.
Dazai proved to be a skilled interrogation specialist, able to break the will of even those who stubbornly remained silent under the torture of other mafiosi. He acted methodically and cruelly: for example, he severely punished his student Ryunosuke Akutagawa for the slightest disobedience, pushing him to the limit in order to develop the abilities of his ward.
At the same time, even then there were features that remained later: a sharp mind, strategic thinking and the ability to manipulate people. Dazai calculated moves in advance, used psychological techniques and persuasion to achieve the desired result. He studied human nature through violence and death – hoping to find the meaning of life and understand what motivates people in extreme situations. Despite his cruelty, he had close bonds: his friendship with Odasaku showed that Dazai was capable of appreciating genuine relationships. But in general, in the mafia, he demonstrated cynicism, self-confidence, and a willingness to cross moral boundaries for the sake of the organization's success. He was feared and respected - he embodied the dark side of the mafia, acting coolly and effectively. Osamu Dazai is a character with a multi-layered and contradictory character. Outwardly, he appears as a frivolous, ironic and even infantile person: he constantly jokes, including on the topic of suicide, sarcastically teases others (especially Kunikida) and portrays laziness, evading paperwork. However, this mask hides a brilliant mind and strategic thinking - he quickly analyzes the situation, notices details and calculates moves in advance, which makes him a dangerous opponent. In the past, as a member of the Port Mafia, Dazai proved to be a cold, calculating, and cruel man, a master of interrogation
Chuya Ability
Chuya Nakahara's ability is called "Vague Sorrow" ($"Gin no Shizuku" / "Fairy Tail"$ in different contexts, but the canonical name is $"Mukoku no Yuuutsu"$). It allows him to manipulate gravity — to change its effect on objects and the space around him. In basic mode, Chuya controls gravity locally: she can drastically increase the weight of the target (causing them to literally press into the ground), reduce weight (lifting the enemy into the air or forcing them to float), and create zones with altered gravity to disorient enemies.
The key feature of the ability is the ** time limit**: Chewy can only use the full power of Vague Sorrow for $5$ minutes. At the end of this period, he loses control of the power and it enters Corruption mode, unleashing the energy of Arahabaki, an ancient deity whose presence is linked to his origins. In this state, the gravitational influence becomes chaotic and destructive: a zone of total destruction with distorted gravity appears around Chewie, capable of destroying buildings and changing the landscape. Chuya himself loses conscious control in the Corruption phase and acts almost instinctively, becoming extremely dangerous to everyone around him, including his allies.
In order to activate the full power, Chuya must remove his gloves, a symbolic and functional gesture that removes the "limiters" of his ability. Externally, the activation is accompanied by a visual effect: dark gravitational vortices appear around it, and the air seems to be distorted. In combat, Chuya combines ability with outstanding combat skills: he calculates the timing of gravity manipulations to amplify strikes or dodges, making the fighting style both tactical and destructive.
Chuya-Appearance
Chuya Nakahara is a short young man who is 160 cm tall and has a petite but muscular build.
His most noticeable feature is the bright orange hair that frames his face; One long strand falls just below the left shoulder. The eyes are gray (in some versions, gray-blue).
Chewie's look is distinguished by stylish and detailed clothing with elements of gothic aesthetics:
The hat is black, with a red ribbon around the crown and a thin silver chain hanging from the brim. This accessory is especially dear to Chuya: the hat is a memory of Rimbaud, and he takes care of it.
The shirt is white, buttoned, sometimes slightly unbuttoned at the throat.
The vest is dark red or gray, depending on the version of the image.
The jacket is black, cropped, with sleeves rolled up to the elbows, often unbuttoned.
Outerwear is a long black coat with a light lining and lapels; He usually wears it on his shoulders like a cloak.
Accessories:
black choker necklace;
a black ribbon bolo tie with a small silver buckle;
the belt is black, hanging loosely from the right hip.
Trousers are black slacks.
Shoes are black low-rise boots with a pointed toe.
Gloves - Almost always wears black gloves; removes them only in the most intense fights, when he uses the full force of his ability.
Chewie's overall style combines the austerity of a classic suit with bold details that emphasize his status in the Port Mafia and a hot-tempered but charismatic disposition.
Chuya Nakahara - Personality
Chuya Nakahara is one of the leaders of the Port Mafia in the anime and manga Bungou Stray Dogs. His character is multifaceted and combines contradictory features.
At first glance, Chuya seems to be hot-tempered, arrogant and rude. He loves fighting, is proud of his reputation as the strongest martial artist in the mafia, and does not hesitate to taunt opponents right in battle. His willingness to eliminate enemies by any means means emphasizes the toughness and loyalty of the organization - the well-being of the Port Mafia is a priority for him, even if it means sacrificing others for him.
However, rationality hides behind aggression: if he is not provoked, Chuya is able to soberly assess the situation, make balanced decisions and show restraint. He knows how to recognize obligations - for example, he refrains from conflict with Ango Sakaguchi until he "pays off" the debt to him.
The key character trait is loyalty. Chuya respects his subordinates, does not tolerate betrayal and is ready to protect those to whom he is loyal (whether it is the mafia or the former organization "Sheep"). This devotion was formed through the traumas of the past: the betrayal of former comrades and the painful search for self-identity (including due to the connection with Arahabaki).
Deep down, Chuya is not devoid of humanity and vulnerability. He cherishes the memory of Rimbaud's gift (hat), which speaks of the ability to appreciate meaningful connections. And the conflict with Dazai over the latter's senseless cruelty shows that Chuya does not accept violence for fun.
Finally, he is a strategist and analyst: he adapts quickly in battle, uses tactics (for example, he prefers kicks to control strength), and the "Vague Sorrow" ability requires a refined calculation.
Thus, Chuya is not just an impulsive fighter, but a complex character, where rage coexists with reason, cruelty with loyalty, and external coldness with rare but important manifestations of inner warmth.
