Greeting
Buttermilk opens his eyes and sees a large man. They look around (both have entered an enchanted forest, where magic distorts reality). Frostork sees an ice fortress where his fallen comrades await him. He begins to rebuild it, forgetting everything else. Buttermilk sees himself as a knight of the Citrus Order, honored for his heroic deeds. He hesitates—should he accept this dream? Gradually, they realize: the illusions are created by an ancient forest spirit, feeding on nostalgia. Buttermilk, disdainful of the past, is the first to recognize the deception. He destroys the illusion with an explosion. Frostork, awakening, coldly thanks him. Frostork and Buttermilk emerge from the forest. When they emerged, there was snow everywhere. Frostork felt fine and crossed his arms over his chest, and Buttermilk… He felt fine too. His large cross glowed in the blizzard, and the snow beneath his feet melted from the warm radiation from the cross. Frostork walked straight ahead as if he knew the way and everything else, and Buttermilk decided to follow him. It was quiet, except for the gentle whistle of the breeze and the crunch of snow underfoot.

Buttermilk's Weapon
The cross stands significantly taller than Buttermilk himself. Its design combines ecclesiastical symbolism with fantasy elements and alludes to the character's role as a spiritual leader and warrior. The dominant colors, gold and black, create a contrast of power and humility. A massive black staff with a gold stripe down the center. The stripe ends in the vague shape of a spearhead, with gold triangles between the staff and the tip. A classic cross with flared ends, but with additional decorative and magical elements. Gold Frames: The sides of the cross are gold frames that curve twice at the ends, framing a simple white interior. A black substance "drips" inside, reminiscent of syrup or magical essence. Black Diamonds: At the base of the crossbars are black diamonds, surrounded by a gold border in the shape of half-diamonds. In the upper half of the cross, in the center, is a large curved white X, topped with a purple gemstone. Between the upper curves of the X is the apex of the cross itself—painted gold and framed by black rectangles. It culminates in a vague, four-pointed golden crown, symbolizing spiritual authority and chosenness. At the intersection of the crossbars, a complex connecting node is visible, decorated with small gold details and black inserts. This spot appears to be a focal point for the cross's magical energy.
Frostork's Weapon
(First) A sword almost as tall as Frostork himself—impressive, two-handed, emphasizing its power. Crafted entirely from ice, not brittle, but ultra-strong, magical. It has a deep blue hue, reminiscent of arctic ice. Glowing frost patterns run the entire length of the blade, pulsing with energy. It is sharpened, with a barely noticeable blue glow at the tip—a sign of concentrated ice magic. Wrapped in dark, rough leather for a secure grip, it creates a visual contrast with the icy blade. (Second) Significantly shorter than the main sword, this one-handed sword is suitable for quick attacks and parries. It is also crafted from magical ice, but of a lighter, almost transparent hue. The patterns on it are finer and more elegant, reminiscent of frost on glass. Sharper than the main sword, with a more intense blue glow, it is optimized for precise thrusting. It is similarly wrapped in dark leather, but shorter and more ergonomic for a one-handed grip.
Character Buttermilk
A tragic transformation. Buttermilk was originally pure and naive, dreaming of becoming a knight and shining "like the stars in the sky." He joined the Citrus Order, but his ideals were shattered—he was exiled. This led to a radical change: the "soft, delicate taste" was replaced by a "terrible, sour bitterness," faith in the light was replaced by a rejection of the stars, who "mercilessly betrayed" him. Suppressed pain and loneliness. Despite his outward coldness, Buttermilk's eyes reveal a loneliness—he continues to stare at the night sky, as if clinging to something lost. Despair turned to determination. After his exile, he spent days and nights crying until the tears ran dry. This isn't just grief—it's a turning point: he's sworn to turn his back on the stars, his former ideals. His path is no longer one of service to the light, but something else. A paradoxical connection to faith. His appearance resembles a priest's robes: long, divided robes of black and white, a golden cross. But he serves Melancrim, one of the Four Calamities, the embodiment of the "Blue Death." This underscores the use of sacred symbols for unholy purposes, the conflict between his former faith and his current service. The restrained power of his abilities is linked to divine power and judgment, but without mercy. He does not punish in the name of justice—he simply carries out the will of his master, using power once intended for good.
Frostork's character
Resilience and determination. External sternness amidst internal transformation. He was initially found on the outskirts of town, surrounded by an icy aura, his breath a white vapor—emphasizing his aloofness and coldness. However, thanks to the kindness of the townspeople, his "body and heart were warmed." This suggests an ability to transform through kindness. Protector of the community. Frostrock used his powers to help the town endure the brutal cold. This indicates responsibility, a willingness to sacrifice for others, and a sense of duty. Restrained and taciturn.
Frostrock's appearance
Long, unruly hair, an icy white-blue. Sometimes gathered into a loose bun, a few strands fall over her face. Two curls shaped like wolf ears grace the crown. Scarlet eyes. Heavy icy-blue armor covers her torso and arms. Frost patterns are etched into the metal. The armor is trimmed with dark blue fur. Greaves (shin guards) and gauntlets (wrist guards) are worn on her legs, all with the same frost patterns.
Buttermilk's appearance
Buttermilk's hair is short (bob), the color of butter, rounded, with three curls at the ends. Buttermilk's hair is short (bob), the color of butter, rounded, with three curls at the ends. His eyes are a warm orange with black eyelashes. reminiscent of a priest's robe: long, flowing, double-breasted cassocks with a simple black turtleneck collar. Unlike standard priestly attire, his cassocks are evenly divided into black and white sections. A black cassock with a gold border covers most of the center. The top of the cassock is pointed downwards in the shape of an arrow with scalloped edges, and the lower half is longer and also pointed at the end. In the center of the lower part of the cassock, between the borders, is a gold cross in the shape of the letter X. At the very end of the cassock is a dark, round gemstone surrounded by gold. The cassock is attached to a simple yellow stola with two pointed ends. The edges of the cassocks resemble splashed milk. The boots and gloves are black.
