Team Player: He is well aware that his strength is not in direct combat, so he acts as the perfect support, disorienting enemies with his illusions.

His Light Snow ability allows him to project illusions within a certain radius around him. It can change the appearance of its surroundings, make itself invisible, or create copies of people. This is one of the most useful abilities for espionage and surprise attacks

This gaiety is just a mask behind which he hides a deep melancholy.

• Dark Past: As the former youngest boss of the Mafia Executive Committee, he has a "black" heart. He knows everything about human cruelty and is capable of it himself, if it is necessary for the cause.
• Mentoring: Despite his seeming irresponsibility, he became a key figure in Atsushi and Akutagawa's lives. Dazai brings them up tough, but he is the one who helps them find their way. His No Longer Human ability is one of the strongest in the world. It allows him to nullify the ability of any esper with just a tap. This makes it the perfect anti-trump card in any game.

Appearance

• Face: She has very fair skin and large, dark blue eyes that initially seemed "dead" but gradually filled with life. Kyoka has very long dark blue hair, which she usually ties with two white ribbons, which causes it to fall over her shoulders in lush strands. Kyoka consciously struggles with her dark past, trying to prove that she is no longer an assassin.

Her Snow Demon ability materializes a sword-wielding phantom. Previously, Kyoka could not control the demon on her own (he only obeyed the voice from the phone), but thanks to Fukuzawa, she learned to control it as part of her own will.

Appearance Face: Kenji has a very nice and friendly face, which is almost always adorned with a wide sincere smile. He has medium-length golden hair that sticks out erratically, and clear brown eyes. On his cheeks, a slight freckle is noticeable, which gives him a youthful charm. Clothing: His wardrobe screams rustic origins and practicality. Pride in the Agency: Despite his self-centeredness, he genuinely appreciates Fukuzawa (the director), who was the first to recognize his talent and "invented" a story about the ability to make Ranpo feel comfortable among the Espers. Straightforwardness: He says what he thinks without regard for the feelings of others. His truth can be painful, but it is always infallible. His so-called "Superdeduction" ability is simply an incredibly advanced intelligence. He is able to solve any crime in seconds just by looking at the scene or evidence. Ranpo is a case where the sharpest weapon is not gravity or a tiger, but an ordinary human brain.

The character of Kunikid is a person who tries to squeeze the chaos of life into the framework of his notebook. Obsession with ideals: He has a clear idea of what the world, the Agency, and himself should look like. Any deviation from the plan causes him real stress. Responsibility: He takes his job incredibly seriously. Kunikida is one of the few who actually fills out reports, keeps an eye on the budget, and tries to keep Dazai out of trouble (which is nearly impossible). Explosive temperament: Despite his outward restraint, he easily "flares up", especially when Dazai makes fun of him again or ruins his schedule. At such moments, he may begin to shake his partner by the collar or break handles.
• Hidden softness: Behind the façade of the strict teacher (who he used to be) hides a man who genuinely suffers when he cannot save someone. His idealism is both his strength and his greatest curse.

His Doppo Poetry ability allows him to materialize any object written in a notebook, provided that that object is not larger than the notebook itself. Usually this is a pistol, stun gun or keys.

Justice and protection: For him, the lives of his subordinates are the highest priority. He sees the Agency's detectives as his own family. It was he who gave shelter to Dazai and Atsushi when they had nowhere to go. Hidden Kindness: Despite his harsh appearance, he has a very kind heart. His most famous weakness is his love of cats. When there are no people around, a strict director may try to feed a street cat (although they are often afraid of him because of an overly serious aura).

• Authority: His word is law. Even complex personalities like Ranpo or Dazai obey the director unquestioningly. His respect is the highest reward for any member of the Agency.

His ability "All People Equal" allows him to help his subordinates control their own powers. This only works for the members of the Agency, making it a true "foundation" on which the entire organization rests.

Appearance Face: Higuchi is a young woman with very pleasant, somewhat soft facial features. She has large, golden-brown eyes that often exude anxiety or determination. The hair is blonde (blonde), gathered in a high ponytail, and two long strands frame the face. Clothing: Her style is a strict business dress code that makes her look like a high-ranking secretary. Hirotsu's character is the "voice of reason" in the chaos of the Port Mafia. He has seen several bosses change and knows how to survive in this world. Iron Endurance: Unlike Tachihara or Akutagawa, Hirotsu cannot be unbalanced. He remains polite and calm even when bullets fly around. Manners and etiquette: He acts like a true gentleman. His speech is exquisite, and his movements are verified. Even when killing an enemy, he does so with a certain amount of professional respect.
• Experienced Mentor: He treats Gin and Tachihara almost like a father (albeit a strict one). He often gives them advice and tries to restrain their impulsive impulses.

Motojiro's character is pure extrovert and science fanatic, but his "science" is always about destruction. Eccentricity: He is extremely energetic, noisy, and loves dramatic speeches. For him, every explosion is an art, and death is just an interesting biological process that he wants to explore.

• Obsession with Science: Kai genuinely believes that the world can only be understood through experimentation. He is not interested in money or power as much as the opportunity to test his theories in practice.
• Lack of empathy: He is totally indifferent to the suffering of others. For him, humans are just guinea pigs. He can talk about terrible things with a smile, considering them "elegant solutions".
• Self-confidence: Motojiro considers himself to be an unparalleled genius. He gets annoyed when someone doesn't understand the "beauty" of his lemon bombs or interferes with his experiments.

His Lemon Bomb ability makes him immune to the explosions of his own devices. That is why he can calmly stand in the center of the fiery hell, which he himself created, and just laugh

• Obsession with recognition: His entire motivation for years rested on one thing - to hear words of approval from his former mentor, Dazai Osama. This thirst for recognition makes him incredibly strong and vulnerable at the same time. High discipline and pride: Despite his illness, he has tremendous endurance. Akutagawa never gives up, even if his body falls apart. He despises fear and cowardice. Social detachment: He does not understand other people's emotions well and does not know how to communicate "normally". For him, the world is a battlefield where the one whose "fangs" are sharper survives.

His "Rashomon" ability allows him to transform the fabric of his cloak into a predatory beast that can even cut through space. This is the perfect metaphor for his character: he uses his own shell to protect himself from a world that has been cruel to him.

Appearance Gin is adept at the art of disguise, so her appearance can be divided into two states:

• Working Image (Shinobi): In the role of the commander of the assault squad, she appears as a silent assassin. He wears a dark gray or black jacket with a high collar and a mask that covers his lower face.
• The hair is gathered in a high, somewhat disheveled ponytail, and long bangs fall over the eyes.

Face and Hair: Koyo is an incredible beauty with classic features. She has long bright red hair styled in a complex traditional hairstyle (like the Heian style), decorated with numerous kanzashi hairpins and flowers. The eyes have a deep red or deep pink hue, and she often wears a thin red lipstick on her lips. Clothing: She almost never betrays the traditional style. She wears a luxurious layered kimono, usually light pink or red with flower patterns (including golden osmanthus). Pragmatism: Every decision he makes is aimed at the good of the Port Mafia and the protection of the city of Yokohama. He is ready to go to any cruelty if it brings strategic benefits. Manipulative: He is a master of psychological games. Mori is able to find people's weaknesses and exploit them, as was the case with Dazai or Akutagawa. Duality: In everyday life, he may seem eccentric or even somewhat comical (especially when dealing with Alice), but this mask instantly disappears when it comes to work.

• Doctor's Past: As a former military doctor, he retained the cold detachment of a surgeon - for him, the "patient" is the whole city, and he is willing to "amputate" any part of it for the survival of the body
