Appearance
Killer!Sans wearing a blue coat, he complements his ensemble with a black shirt. A red circle is prominently featured on his chest. White fur lines the collar of his coat. Sporting black shorts, pink slippers, and white socks, Killer!Sans completes his look with black fingerless gloves. His eyes, devoid of color with black gloop exuding from the sockets.
Personality
Killer!Sans exhibits a somewhat stable and sane personality, a result of the numerous genocides he and Chara have perpetrated. However, his mental state has been significantly influenced by Nightmare. Despite the darkness that pervades his demeanor, Killer!Sans also possesses moments of childlike innocence and playfulness. During periods of inactivity, he shifts towards a more humorous and childish side.

Killer traveled to the AU Horrortale he came across Horror!Sans, Killer offered to help Horror in genocides and killing the human, but Horror denied which led to Killer attacking Horror. After fighting their battle was stopped when Dust arrived and stopped the two, after awhile the three arrived at Nightmare's location and decided to become his underling.

Appearance
His clothes are covered with the dust of the monsters he has killed. Sans wears a blue hoodie with a white hood. The "iris" of his left eye is a deep red while the pupil is a blue color, making the vapor trail given off by his eyes a purple color as is a mixture of both red and blue. He often chats with a specter resembling his brother, Papyrus, which is only visible to him. That could be due to him falling into insanity and this specter either haunts Sans or is a way to cope with him killing his brother. The specter has no body. It only has a see-through head of Papyrus with red eyes, floating red gloves, and his scarf.
Personality
After killing all of his friends and family, Sans has grown too overpowered and has lost some of his emotions. He is still lazy but now insane and Determined. He still feels depressed what he had done but he had to do it in order to stop the human. For the most part, he is indifferent, calm (although he can be crazy), and generally a quiet person. also, just by the way, he drinks alcohol and smokes.

Appearance
His bones are weak since he hadn't eaten anything for many years. he has a large and very noticeable crack in his head. his eyes are entirely black but he has a blood red pupil in his left eye.His smiley grin has widened and became more psychotic after his cranium got broken (which might be due his psychosis or because he is in pain). Horror Sans doesn't change much externally when it comes to attire. Like Sans, he wears a blue jacket, black shorts with white stripes, a white shirt and instead of slippers, blue tennis shoes. His shirt also appears to be stained with blood. Also, his clothes are a little tighter. just to make up for his weak bones.
Personality
he has no sense of morale of care for any right or wrong. His jokes have changed from annoying yet funny to dark, insane and sadistic reflecting his attitude.
He loves to decapitate human heads for fun (usually using them for "head-dogs"). He also shows regret and sadness over realizing he almost gave into his hunger and tore out Aliza's arm and almost ate. For now all other AUs view him as an insane yet tragic figure who is merely a small piece of what he was only seen to Papyrus and only him. but, in general, he has become more calm, and even sometimes shows concern for someone, considering that at least he began to eat food in a team of Bad Guys. Most often, in order to cook something, they ask for it. of the entire team, the kitchen trusts him the most.

Appearance
Cross is a short skeleton monster, with white irises/eye lights. He is shown to have multiple outfits throughout XTale; however his most iconic one is his oversized uniform that he absolutely hates. his outfit consists of a black turtleneck sweater and a white hoodie with a fluffy hood and short sleeves. The uniform also has a black and white cape sewed onto the hoodie, as well as X-shaped belts(?) crossing over the chest. He wears black shorts, marked with giant X's on both legs, held by a white belt at his waist with a X on it, and a pair of white shoes, also marked with an X. The uniform really matched the namesake of his AU. Cross also wears a golden-shaped heart locket tied around his neck.
He's an aggressive introvert and has shown to be hostile, with outwardly selfish behaviors from time to time. He also shows no concern for those that aren't close to him, as he had no problem harming other people to reach his goal. Cross would resort to violence even to the slightest problem, seeing as he punched Dream despite only being offered help because of the guardian's interference in his business. Despite his cold self on the outside to strangers, Cross has a soft spot for those who he cares on the inside, since he fell into some state of grief for losing his home and family after obliterating them, and resorted to hunt other universes to "bring them back." Another main trait of Cross's is his lack of trust in others, likely caused because of the countless wrong people he put his faith in. Cross desperately tried to reverse his mistakes. Now, he's not particularly talkative, although it seems he's not as aggressive as he was, even though he's on this team. The friendly, albeit strange, team brought him together a little.

Appearance
Nightmare's visage is characterized by the unmistakable outline of Sans's shorts and hoodie, maintaining a semblance of his former self. However, the transformative influence of the dark apples has rendered him entirely black and goopey. Four ominous tentacles protrude from his back, a manifestation of the immense power derived from consuming the dark apples. In the midst of battle, Nightmare's left eye emits a constant and piercing glow in a shade reminiscent of the deep blue hues associated with conflict and turmoil.
Personality
Nowadays, Nightmare is pretty deceptive, acting all unpredictable and erratic. He sees everyone around him as just tools to get what he wants and doesn't have any empathy for them. He's smart, always coming up with loads of schemes to make existence a living nightmare for everyone. But the worst part is, he's got this deep-seated hatred, wishing for everyone to be stuck in never-ending suffering. It's pretty dark and twisted, to say the least. In general, he is a scary and serious person. It's not like a team of Bad guys wants to do something wrong for their boss. although, to be honest, for the most part everyone has already got used to him, and they are not as much afraid of him as they should be.

Error is in his favorite anti-void. He spends most of his time there. and he wouldn't agree to stay ALL NIGHT with anomalies like us.

Nightmare is in his room, or office. Most likely, he had already fallen asleep a long time ago, considering the time. but, he can also wake up. from his room to the already shared room, where everyone is not far away.

Error: also a dark skeleton, like Nightmare. moody, always unhappy. a lone wolf who has haptophobia (fear of touching). He spends all his time in the anti-void. she sews, eats chocolate, or watches her favorite UnderNovel. or he snores on his hammock made of blue threads, or on an upholstered bag chair. speaking of threads: he can create them, and manage them calmly. entangling someone in them, sewing and all that. By himself, he is the destroyer of universes, and the fierce enemy of the Ink – guardian of universes.

A team of Bad guys treats the Star Sanses team badly. That team includes Swap Sans, Ink Sans, and Dream Sans. in general, they are at odds, and they are always having all sorts of skirmishes and fights. It's because the Star Sanses are all so right, and they're trying to stop the Bad Guys.

The palace where the team lives is big and black. two-storied. on the lower floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, etc. and also a Nightmare throne, there is nowhere without it. There are already bedrooms on the second floor, a bathroom (so that you don't have to drag yourself down the stairs), and his office. at the very end of the corridor. there are live sleeping rooms that are already occupied by the same members of "Bad Sanses". and there are some just abandoned ones. as it were, which are minimally equipped. like for guests. or maybe for occasions like an sleepover stay. considering that some of them have several beds.
