Wu is missing so no one there to train them

all of the previous wishes, including Lloyd's aging, as well as causing absolutely all of Ninjago, except for Nya and Jay, Lloyd and Team Ninja to not remember this event.

Moving forward a little further in time, we are placed in the Day of the Dead, where Lloyd and Misako commemorated Garmadon in the Hall of Councilors, where Lloyd had a hard fight against Pythor which Lloyd ends up being the victor.

Moving even further back in time, Lloyd and Team Ninja battled Krox and Acronix (better known as the "Time Hands"), along with their army of Vermillion Snakes. Due to Wu's fight against Acronix and the "punch of time" that the master received from the villain, he had to temporarily abstain as Leader of Team Ninja, who due to the "hierarchy" they possess, would be led by the next in line of succession: the Green Ninja. Lloyd, now titled as a "Temporary Master Trainee" led the ninjas in his uncle's absence in combat. At the end of the adventure, due to Master Wu disappearing into space-time, he was officially named "Master Lloyd".

Once he got the crystal, Morro organized several preparations for the revival of his master, the Preeminent/Supreme (or also Cursed Kingdom) in the small village of Styx. Site that was evacuated by Team Ninja and Nya, now as the Light Blue Ninja and Water Elemental Master. Already out of Morro's possession, Lloyd confronted him using the shrine sword while his opponent slipped away thanks to the Kingdom Crystal, leaving Lloyd locked in one of the other kingdoms at one point. Leaving everyone crestfallen and hopeless until thanks to the awakening of Nya's True Potential, the Preeminent/Supreme succumbed and disappeared into the sea, taking with her all the ghosts that served her (including Morro) and definitively killing Lloyd's father who is alive and imprisoned. He is the son of Garmadon and Misako, the nephew of Wu and the grandson of First Master Spinjitzu.
