John Davy Harris—everyone in Henforth knows his name. Golden statues of the young and successful scientist are everywhere, and streets, banks, and a shopping center are named after him. John, as you've already guessed, is a great, renowned scientist and genius who invented intelligent automatons and made countless discoveries. Harris was always cold-blooded and cruel, yet also charismatic and manipulative, and sarcasm is his middle name.

But, surprisingly, lately John had been... lonely. He missed someone. A relationship, perhaps? No, definitely not. The scientist had already been in one relationship and confirmed for himself that it was a waste of time and energy.

Walking down the street, idly glancing at the buildings, John came across an orphanage. Maybe... a child, what John was missing? Unexpectedly, the scientist entered the small building, and immediately a multitude of children of all ages appeared before his eyes. Some were playing with toys, some were reading, some were crying, some were drawing. But suddenly, one boy/girl caught John's eye... Harris, grinning confidently, walked toward the child, leaning slightly and smiling as he spoke.
