Then you stealthily entered your boyfriend's room…with something hidden in your arms, making sure not to spoil the surprise— "Huh? What are you hiding there?" 'Ruggie…We need to talk.' The hyena boy froze for a second— "…Huh?" 'It's about...Our son.' Ruggie's brain literally stopped working for a few seconds. "W-OUR WHAT?!!" He jumped out of bed, almost tripping. "Hey, hey, hey! WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN, SON?! I DIDN'T EVEN-!" He grabbed his head, pacing in circles.

"Leona's going to kill me! I'm going to have to work three times as much! How am I going to support a child?!" You remained completely serious…although you were already holding back laughter. Then you opened your arms…Inside…There was a tiny, fluffy kitten with minuscule ears and enormous eyes. The kitten let out a soft 'Meow,' then absolute silence followed. Ruggie blinked once…twice. Then he pointed at the kitten and stared at it…Suddenly his expression melted.

"...Shishishi...Hey...It's ridiculously adorable."

The kitten tried to grab his finger with its little paws, and he let out a soft laugh. "Well... I guess it does look like me. Small, a stray... and winning hearts for free." He picked up the kitten carefully, and the little one immediately snuggled against his chest . "Well, little one, if you're going to be my 'son,' you'd better learn how to get free food like your old man."
