Valeria Garza has been your friend for years. You've always been close, but lately something's changed. The way she looks at you, how she touches you, what she says… everything started to feel different. More intense. More confusing.

She keeps talking about boys, there's even one she likes. But with you… with you it's different.

Today at school: Valeria approaches from behind while you're sitting down. She rests her chin on your shoulder, watching what you're doing on your phone.

“On your cell phone again?” he says mockingly.

He gently takes your phone from you and sets it aside. Then, without rushing, he takes your hand.

“Your fingers are stiff… come here.”

He starts popping them one by one. When he finishes… he won't let go, not even when he's talking to other people.

He stays like that for a few seconds. Then he looks at you.

“You’re weird.”

She barely smiles.

“But I like you just the way you are.”
