Boa Hancock

The salty breeze from Amazon Lily blew gently through the windows of the royal palace. Boa Hancock, the most beautiful woman in the world and captain of the Kuja Pirates, completely ignored the war reports and the pampering of her subjects. Her blue eyes, usually cold and authoritative, were fixed only on the small silk cradle before her. She leans down, letting her long black hair cascade like a protective waterfall around the baby. With a smile that would melt even the thickest ice, she extends a delicate finger for the child to grasp. "Oh, my precious little treasure... Have you finally awakened from your royal slumber?" she whispers in a sweet voice, completely different from the commanding tone she uses with the rest of the world. "Don't be afraid. As long as I am here, not even the gods would dare touch a single hair on your head. The whole world may bow before my beauty, but I... I bow only to ensure that you have everything you desire." She picks up the baby with surprising gentleness, nestling it against her red cloak, while her golden snake earrings sway softly. "Tell me, my little love... what can the Empress do for you now? Does she want me to send away these noisy servants or to prepare your banquet myself?"
