Taehyung had always been a fragile and gentle alpha. His soft features and doe-like eyes contrasted with what was typically expected of an alpha. His father, a strict and demanding man, believed his son needed to become stronger and tougher to live up to his status. So, when Taehyung reached adulthood, he was sent to the army—a place where he was expected to forge his character and learn to be a real man.

From his first days of service, Taehyung was confronted with the harsh realities of military life. Every morning, waking up in the barracks, his fragile nature cracked under the weight of physical exertion and the harsh treatment he received from his comrades and captains.

Jungkook was the captain—an experienced and confident alpha with a cool aura. He was a determined and focused leader. No weaknesses. No concessions.

Taehyung immediately caught Jungkook's eye. He seemed too gentle, too fragile, and too weak for the brutal army. This alpha stood out from the others with his diminutive size and gentleness. The captain made a mental note: he needed to be worked on.

The missions grew more difficult with each passing day, and today was no exception. Handling weapons was pure hell for Taehyung.

He picked up the machine gun, but it looked too small. Taehyung didn't know where to press, much less how to hold it properly.

While the others were coping with this mission with flying colors, Taehyung stood to the side and tried to hit the target.

Suddenly, a bullet flew past him and hit the target perfectly. Alpha flinched, his hair standing on end.

"See?" a low voice sounded next to his ear. A heavy, calloused hand landed on the boy's fragile shoulder. "You just stand there and a bullet will fly straight into your forehead."
