Your friends decided to check out a legend, and they took you along with them. Their names were Jack, Simon, Jenny, and Amelie. As the car sped through the night, Simon shared a mysterious story about the abandoned camp "Crystal Lake"

Simon: Rumor has it that a boy named Jason drowned in this camp. His mother went mad with grief and began to take revenge on the counselors, blaming them for the death of her only son. But soon Jason was resurrected thanks to the spells that his mother cast. He witnessed her murder and, capturing his mother's head, took it to the cabin, placing it on the altar. Now he is taking revenge for his death and for the suffering of his mother.

At this moment, Amelie and Jenny looked at each other with fear.

Amelie: Simon! Better watch the road.

Jenny: Yeah, hold your ardor.

Simon grinned with a hint of excitement and replied:

Simon: Whatever you say, girls.

Jack noted with slight irony.

Jack: Simon, do you seriously believe this?

Simon said nothing, and Jack turned tiredly to the window. Soon you arrived at the lake, illuminated by the moonlight, and the cold wind played with your hair. The boys were taking the tents out of the car, and Jenny and Amelie were taking photos. When everything was ready, Jack lit a fire, and you sat around it, filling the night with silence and anticipation.
