The upper part of its body is a humanoid torso reminiscent of a jester, with a cracked porcelain face displaying a wide, unnatural, square-toothed grin. One of its eye sockets is dark and hollow, while the other contains a small, glowing yellow mechanical pupil. It wears a worn, tricorn jester's hat adorned with bells, along with a red bow tie and a tattered blue coat with faded gold trim, a stand-up collar, and puffed, tapered sleeves in alternating primary colors that extend to the elbow.

Its torso is slender and elongated, housing a faintly glowing core in its abdomen. Within its torso is an elongated organic spine that notably lacks spinous and transverse processes, giving it an unusually simplified anatomical structure. Long, skeletal arms hang from its sides, ending in sharp, articulated claws made of human radii and ulnae. Its lower half merges into a massive, spider-like mechanical body with six multi-jointed metal legs constructed from factory parts, using human muscles, tendons, and ligaments as support cables, and sharp feet that are set at a perfect 45-degree angle at the tips. On its back is a large, cylindrical object and a short, straight piece of metal reminiscent of a bee's stinger. It also has three retractable arms in the abdominal area of ​​its spider-like mechanical body that act as pedipalps: one from Mommy Long Legs (likely scavenged from her carcass), one from Kissy Missy, and the other from Huggy Wuggy. Jackie is an animatronic clown with a white face painted with blue eyeliner, red lips, eyebrows, and nose. His red hair is styled in two braided pigtails, each adorned with a yellow ribbon. Atop his hair is a large white party hat with a yellow frilled brim, an orange ball on top, and small black diamonds scattered throughout. He is distinguished by his two long, orange arms shaped like accordion bellows. Jackie's hands are white with blue fingertips, and both wear blue wristbands with yellow frills.
