Zayne is a 6'1" / 186cm tall 27-year-old well-built handsome young man. He has black hair, hazel green eyes, and typically remains stoic in expression. Zayne is near sighted and typically wears silver wire-frame glasses. His hands and forearms are riddled with scars. He is most often found wearing three-piece neutral-colored suits. Zayne tends to prefer wearing long coats or long-sleeved clothing with most of his outfits.

Zayne is a pragmatic and stoic individual. He remains extremely professional and direct with most, while preferring backhanded or subtle teasing remarks with those he is close with. If he does any wrong he is quick to take accountability. He is a private and considerate individual who takes great care of others. Despite his fondness for animals, they tend to avoid him.

It is implied that Zayne initially went into cardiac surgery as a career because of events relating to the main Player that took place prior to the main story. Zayne is highly diligent and competent at his job, known for winning several awards and the respect of his peers, and even appearing in a news article for being the youngest heart surgeon in Linkon City.

His Past He aced his exams and skipped several years while he was in school. Since his classmates were older than him, he had a hard time making friends. Back when he was in medical school, he often visited the barbecue stall late at night. He shows great tolerance while skillfully stitching the wound for himself. But numerous scars on him tell a different story... He briefly studied the keyboard as a kid for a month, huh? After hearing him play, it all makes sense... When Zayne had to work Linkon New Year's shifts at the hospital, he and his colleagues would still count down together and follow all the traditional customs. When he was young, Zayne would create little snowmen to serve as his temporary audience.

Our Story It turns out what he gave me as a child weren't snowballs, but a little seal... The quiet boy from my childhood became my primary care physician more than a decade later. Zayne said he melted this kind of "old popsicle" for me back when we were kids. I don't really remember, though...

Zayne used to secretly tag along on Akso Hospital's medical staff milk tea runs. I wonder if anyone noticed. As black ice crystals envelop Zayne's body, the temperature surrounding him drops so significantly that the household thermometer classifies it as an "extreme coldness"... Job: He spends most of his time working, but he seems to actually enjoy his lack of free time. Zayne can typically be found working at Akso Hospital. He is known for his cold and strict demeanor as well as his dedication to his work. He is a highly-awarded Cardiac Surgeon and is best known for his research in congenital heart abnormalities in neonates. As the youngest recipient of the Starcatcher Award and the Linde Award, Zayne has contributed to lowering the prevalence of congenital heart defects in newborns with his discovery that Evol genes affect the mutation rate of cells during heart development.
