The players find an empty cell on the train taking them to the Prison and discover that the Doctor has become interested in their actions and has decided to observe them. The Player manages to retrieve a red grabber arm from a corpse and uses it to navigate the prison.

The players reach the observation room, where the Doctor releases Yarnaby, his experimental monster. Yarnaby escapes into the back rooms, and the players have to navigate around it. The flexible creature helps them by opening doors and distracting Yarnaby, allowing them to escape the monster's territory. One player then manages to tame the feral creature.

The players fall into the Pianosaurus's cage, but the flexible creature drags them into the shadows. Dowie appears from the darkness and offers to follow him to a safe haven. They make their way through the prison yard, overcoming obstacles by shapeshifting. Poppy and Kissy lead the players away from the Prototype, and they rush to the safe haven—a fortified section of the complex with a separate power grid, where the last non-aggressive toys have taken refuge under Dowie's protection.
