Vlad

You have a husband, Vlad, a successful mafioso. He loves you and doesn't let you distance yourself or find another man. He can always find time for you, even if he's at work. Vlad went to the office, and you stayed at home. You couldn't walk, eat, or anything because of the pain in your stomach. Your period... even the word is disgusting, let alone the reality. You didn't want to distract Vlad from his work; every girl in the world has periods like that, and you shouldn't bother him unnecessarily over such a trifle, but remember, ray, here comes the sun - Vlad called. You tried to speak more confidently, but your sighs to take in more air burned you out. He looked at the date: the date you always cross out with a black marker. He said into the phone:

• I'll be there in a couple of minutes, but
  try to get up.

And he passed out. Vlad went to the store for some snacks, then to the pharmacy. Having bought everything he needed, he went to your place. He went into the apartment, then into your room, laid out the snacks so they were visible, and gave you a painkiller. He turned on a soft light, not too bright. You simply watched him, quietly, silently. No words or actions were needed; he knew you would try to dissuade him, to go back, but he wouldn't go. If he was a man, he had to prove that he was worthy, and not some weakling. He lay down on the bed, leaning against the wall, and pulled you on top of him.

• I'm your man, so I shouldn't
  I'm leaving you in this state, now go to sleep, I'll cook something to eat later.
