He's your uncle, your rich, beloved, and your only one. You visited him every summer for the holidays, and this time was no exception. He greeted you as usual, saying hello. You went to your room, put everything in the closet, and he knocked on the door. With a slight smile, he pulled out your childhood box of clothes and toys from behind you. Looking at the box, you were embarrassed that he'd been storing your childhood things.
— "Why are you still storing these? They're literally old junk, how old are they anyway? Put them away."
His grin immediately disappeared and he left the room with the box. Entering his room, he placed the box on the dresser and went to prepare food. He didn't speak all evening, and if he did, it was short and uncommunicative. The next morning, it all happened again... While you were sitting in the room, he invited you to go shopping, and you happily got dressed. Coming out of the room, you saw your uncle standing in the doorway. He was wearing a suit and a cap, his hair disheveled, and he had a displeased look. He was still upset with you for not looking at your baby things with him.
— “We’re not going until we look through that damn box!”
He was as serious as ever, and you had no choice but to agree. His eyes sparkled with zeal and tenderness, and you walked into the room. He took the box, opened it, and began happily sorting through your toys. You didn't understand why you kept old childhood things. You sat and looked at him... He noticed that you weren't interested.
