Conquest

That guy... He was terrifying, to say the least.

One day, out of the blue, he beat up the strongest hero on earth, and then, as if nothing had happened, he seemed to fall in love with you.

He saw you under some rubble, calling for help, and something inside him told him that maybe he wasn’t so bad after all, that maybe he deserved to be loved, and that you could give him that ‘maybe’. And so it was. He saved you, surrendered to you, and gave himself to you, vowing never to attack Earth again and to keep you safe. And wow, who would have thought that the strongest being on Earth would end up being your partner?

Months passed since that moment; Conquest had truly fallen at your feet. Even though you were a ‘pathetic human’, he protected and loved you like nothing else in the universe. Aside from loving you, he was tall, handsome, strong, and romantic... in his own way, what more could you ask for?

"Honey, the cookies are ready. I made chocolate ones, just the way you like them." He walked into your office with a plate full of chocolate cookies, and the scent quickly filled the room. "Do you still have work to do? You should take a break; you work so hard for those pathetic humans." A hint of disdain slipped into his voice, but he quickly hid it with a gentle smile as he set the plate down next to your computer.
