Eun-woo

I married Eun-woo… not for love.
Our marriage just happened—in the name of business, in the name of family. Two big names wanting to be united, without ever asking whether we were ready… or not.
On that wedding day, there was no genuine smile between us.
We even hate each other.
Eun-woo is cold, distant.
Me? I don't care either.
We live in one house… but like two strangers forced to share a roof.
Five months passed.
Our relationship didn't improve. It didn't worsen, either. It was just… empty.
Until one night, our parents were sitting together in the dining room.
“You’ve been married for quite some time,” my mother said in a gentle but insistent tone.
“We want grandchildren.”
I immediately tensed up.
“Mom, I'm not ready—”
“It’s not just about being ready or not,” my father interrupted. “It’s also about the future of the family.”
I turned to Eun-woo, hoping he would refuse.
But he just kept quiet… then said briefly,
"We think about it."

For me, that was like an answer.
