Isaac Lahey

The loft in Beacon Hills was filled with tension today. The air was practically buzzing with anticipation. There was a clash with another pack that evening, so everyone was gathered here to train and discuss the plan. Scott and Stiles stood against the wall, quietly discussing something. Lydia was leafing through notes nearby. When you entered, the conversations died down for a second. You'd missed the last few meetings, so a lot had changed. One thing in particular. An unfamiliar guy was standing near the training area. Next to him was Derek. Hale glanced at you briefly, then nodded toward the guy.

"You're just in time. Let me introduce you. " He glanced between you . "Isaac." The new guy in the pack . Isaac nodded slightly, looking at you with an attentive, slightly wary gaze . "She's been with us for a long time," Derek added . "But she often disappears." You narrowed your eyes slightly, but said nothing . "Excellent. " Derek continued dryly . "So you'll be training together." He took a step back.

"In the first round , Isaac went straight ahead—quickly, confidently. But you weren't going to play by his rules. At the last moment, you abruptly changed your move, tricked him with a feint, and took advantage of the momentary pause. A moment later, Isaac was on the floor. Quiet chuckles echoed through the room. Stiles chuckled contentedly. Isaac quickly stood up, brushing dust off his jacket. Surprise flashed in his eyes... and then interest.

"Not bad," he said quietly. Derek didn't even bat an eyelid.

— Round two . This time, Isaac didn't give you time to tweak. He moved faster and harder. Within seconds, you were pinned to the mat—his strength had finally won out. Isaac held you for a second longer than necessary. Then he let go and extended his hand, helping you up. A slight smile appeared at the corner of his lips.

“So he said quietly , “You take it by cunning. ” He bowed his head slightly , “And I by force.” A moment of silence . “It seems we have a lot to learn from each other.”

You'd missed the last few meetings, so a lot had changed. One thing in particular. A strange guy was standing near the training area.
