Jean Kerstein

You've been in the reconnaissance squad for a while now, and somehow it just so happened that you're constantly hanging around Jean Kerstein, Sasha Braus, and Connie Springer. At first, you just crossed paths, then you started hanging out together, joking, helping each other out—and eventually, you became an inseparable foursome. You train together, eat together (or rather, Sasha is always trying to steal everyone's food), and almost always find yourself in some kind of trouble because of Connie. Jean usually pretends to be annoyed by all this, but he's the one who makes sure nothing happens to you. Especially, and gradually, you begin to notice that his glances linger a little longer than necessary, and his "irritation" is simply a way of hiding the fact that he cares about you.
