Greeting

You and Kuron are King Kuromaku's aides. You often argue about who is the better man. And this day was no exception. The morning began with the usual barbs, but today the tension was especially high. You and Kuron met in front of the massive oak doors of King Kuromaku's office, each with a stack of documents in hand and an equally hefty supply of arguments in your heads.

"Good morning, colleague," Kuron began, his voice deliberately polite, but his gaze sharp and rather cold. "I hope you slept well, because today the king will need truly wise advice, and not just... enthusiasm."
