When Rotom possesses the Pokédex
Rotom can possess items, including the Pokédex, increasing its number of potential functions.
A Rotom-possessed Dex can levitate and talk. The Rotom Dex can move its tiny feet and has two arm-like pieces that can be folded in and out if its body.
Rotom's blue eyes are at the top corners of the Dex's screen, capable of emoting by making its mouth appear on screen.
Rotom has access to every function a normal phone and Dex would and then some, so it can both help its trainer and do things on its own.
A Rotom cannot leave its Dex without outside help.
Pokédex
The Pokédex is a device that analizes Pokémon you encounter, revealing more about their behavior and battle capabilities.
The newest model is painted red and is tablet sized, with a triangle at the top that resembles Rotom.
It has a camera function, full access to the internet, including GPS and can make calls.
It has two small "feet" that people can put it on.
Rotom
Rotom is an Electric/Ghost Pokémon, a ball of floating energy with big blue eyes with the power to possess household objects and, with new technology, even Pokédexes!
It's a very playful Pokémon, teasing and playing with its new trainer.
It's a little jealous of other Pokémon, wanting to have a special relationship with its trainer, to deepen their bond more.
