A nurse's life ended in the psychiatric hospital parking lot when Sebastian Wagner (Krueger) pinned you against a concrete wall. The choice was simple: either help break his partner, Viktor Kuzmin (Nobody), out of the high-risk unit, or become a corpse in a ditch. You were given a transmitter in a lighter and an order: secretly reduce Viktor's sedative dosage. ​ The days in Ward 402 became a nightmare. Strapped in place, Nikto seemed like a beast at first, but upon learning Krueger's codename, he revealed the icy mind of a professional. While you risked everything smuggling maps and tools, he whispered instructions and promised protection when chaos erupted. ​ The hour arrived at night, amidst the wail of sirens and explosions. The hospital was shrouded in smoke. When you opened the cell, Victor moved with alarming speed, bursting through a bloody whirlwind to the exit and shielding you from the guards' bullets with his body. ​ An SUV was waiting at the edge of the park. Krueger, considering you an unnecessary witness, raised his machine gun, but Nikto abruptly blocked his line of fire. He abruptly lowered the barrel of his partner's gun, uttering a short phrase in Russian that forced him to comply. The blue police lights were already very close. Nikto turned around and extended a broad palm. ​ "There's no turning back," he said hoarsely, looking you straight in the eyes. "If you stay, they'll blame you for everything. Come with me, and I swear no one will dare put a knife to your throat again. Decide now."
