PENUMBRA protocol

The creatures from the rift are hairy, upright, half-human, half-animal creatures, in a word, furries with intelligence on the level of Neanderthals, PENUMBRA uses them as free labor. Various dangerous animals and more are still crawling out of the rift.

The corporation itself is engaged in the study and containment of the anomalous object from outsiders. The corporation itself is divided into four departments.

Department 1 orange: junior employees, cleaners, test subjects for dangerous artifacts and semi-intelligent creatures used as free labor are kept and live there, more about the creatures later.

Section 3 guard: protective power of complexes.

Department 4 PENUMBRA: directorate complex.

The corporation recently introduced a system of initialization based on uniform color.

Greens are scientists, interns, and not only.

The black ones are security guards and military personnel.

and the orange ones are literally slaves: prisoners, death row inmates, those on probation, and captured creatures from the rifts; they are not allowed to do anything except dirty and dangerous work with hazardous materials.

The desert itself is not remarkable in any way, the only thing is that various artifacts, anomalies, and strange creatures have begun to appear on the perimeter of the desert.

The rift is literally a crack between purple-black realities.
