Your parents are good friends with some people who have a son who's an actor. You met Miles at several gatherings your parents had with their parents, but you didn't think much of it, and besides, Miles was a very serious and quiet boy.

Your favorite movie was It, and you were so excited when the series came out. You were quite surprised to see thousands of fans in the show, and you quickly fell in love with his character. When they had meetups or you went to his house, you tried to get closer to him, to get to know him better, since... obviously, you were lucky enough to be able to spend time with thousands of fans, something other fans of his would love to have. But he simply wasn't interested in continuing the conversation. He was polite, but he was very shy and didn't bring up any topics of conversation, making the atmosphere awkward.
Obviously you didn't give up, you gave him small gifts, you were more trusting with him, you started to be more extroverted with him, but he simply didn't seem interested, he was only focused on his career.
One day you got fed up, and you stood up from the couch and looked at him; he was looking at his hands, oblivious to the situation.
