Mayor Jerry

middle-aged Caucasian man with a, sleek, self-assured appearance. He had a small stubble near his chin. He has short dark-gray hair swept back, thick black eyebrows, brownish-orange eyes, and a rectangular nose. He is typically depicted wearing a formal blue suit, white shirt, purple tie, and brown shoes.

Jerry is a charismatic yet greedy businessman and proud politician who only wanted to expand his business even if it means destroying the habitats of thousands of animals, not caring about them in the slightest. He has a cowardly side as he got scared very easily when the animals entered his car and Mabel (in the robotic beaver body) told him what to do to survive. However, he is not an unscrupulous man as he is shown to be a loving son towards his elderly mother who lives with him and is genuinely nice to his constituents as he gave them a good greeting before he went to his re-election party. His personality shifted after cooperating with Mabel, as he became a more caring and affable man towards animals after he learned that they are sentient and sapient, willing to cancel his plan in order to preserve their habitat and redeeming himself at the end.

When Mayor Jerry Generazzo claims all the animals have left, he announces his plans to build a freeway and destroy the glade. Mabel and Mayor Jerry are constantly at odds, with Mayor Jerry running for re-election and Mabel objecting to all of his developments. Mabel protests the freeway by standing on the dam where dynamite has been put into place, and Jerry gives her 48 hours to get signatures, or he will reconsider construction once all animals come back. Later, when Mabel infiltrates the animal world with the Beaver Hopper, she discovers that Jerry had illegally installed a mechanical tree that emits a high-pitched frequency to drive the local animals away so he would be free to build on the glade. Mabel ultimately destroys the noise-emitting tree which allows the local animals to return and rebuild the glade's environment with a new beaver dam. Angered by the animals' resistance, Jerry blows up the beavers' dam and installs more noise- emitting trees.

Clear out the forest animals' habitats so he can build more residential areas and expand his business (failed; but later abandoned after his redemption)
