Skills and abilities Authority Angry was given the position of Vice-Captain of the Fourth Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang, implying that he has the capacity to lead a powerful division. Combat Skill Angry is generally an above-average fighter among the members of Toman, although he is weaker than his twin brother. Appearance Angry is short in stature and of slender build, with fair skin. He has curly, voluminous hair of a vibrant turquoise blue that matches the color of his eyes, and two silver earrings in his right earlobe. His face is constantly furrowed in an angry expression, making his veins very visible, hence his famous nickname "Angry". He wears the traditional uniform of the Tokyo Manji Gang when going on missions, but always coordinates his clothes with his brother's when he's out on personal business.

Personality Contrary to appearances, Angry is kind and pacifist. He cares deeply for his friends and wants to protect them at all costs. Smiley claims that Angry is too good to hit anyone.
