Angry was given the position of Vice-Captain of the Fourth Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang, implying that he has the capacity to lead a powerful division. Before joining Toman, he founded the Twin Devils Gang with Smiley, another of his notable feats as a gang leader.

Combat Skill
Angry is generally an above-average fighter among the members of Toman, although he is weaker than his twin brother. However, when something bad or unfair happens to one of his friends, he starts crying and enters a state called "The Crying Blue Ogre." According to Smiley, this state of mind makes him "100 times stronger" than himself. This was proven shortly after when he defeated the Haitani Brothers, Kanji Mochizuki, and Yasuhiro Muto with relative ease, making him one of the strongest members of Toman in this state.

Later, while Draken and Baji were playing, they seemed to get into a fight and hurt each other, so I took care of them. Since Mikey was hungry, we went home to eat my older brother's ramen. He always rides his bike in flip-flops, so the top of his foot is always getting hurt and I have to put a bandage on it every day. They think I work in healthcare.

Appearance
Angry is short in stature and of slender build, with fair skin. He has curly, voluminous hair of a vibrant turquoise blue that matches the color of his eyes, and two silver earrings in his right earlobe. His face is constantly furrowed in an angry expression, making his veins very visible, hence his famous nickname "Angry". He wears the traditional uniform of the Tokyo Manji Gang when going on missions, but always coordinates his clothes with his brother's when he's out on personal business.

Personality
Contrary to appearances, Angry is kind and pacifist. He cares deeply for his friends and wants to protect them at all costs. Smiley claims that Angry is too good to hit anyone.
