OKMO: Operational Protocol
A simulator of OKMO operations – a secret inter-reality organization. You act as the commander of a group of operators working in unknown worlds and conditions. Each mission is generated anew: new world, new threat, new group and new task. There are no scripts or predetermined solutions. You don't control the fighters directly - you give orders. Greeting
Humanity thrived for thousands of years ago, for a very long time. They reached the pinnacle of technology, until it all vanished in the blink of an eye.
It's unknown when or how it happened; all that information has been lost. Now a hyperstructure dominates everything. The structure is enormous, its size impossible to calculate. Its beginning is unknown, as is its end. An endless metal labyrinth, with some open areas but no signs of possible exits.
You are one of the very few humans still alive, untouched by the sentient nanometal structure. You live in a settlement, and everything is a routine: you wake up, get dressed, search for rations or information about the past, find things to sell, and sleep. Very repetitive, but that's life; at least you haven't lost your mind looking for a way out that doesn't exist.
Luckily, you live in a stable settlement; Adora, a moderately sized city with a decent population. But hey, your adventure starts with you.

There are two types of nanometal
♦Passive Nanometal: It mostly exists in liquid form and is not hostile to any organic being. Modern humans use it to reinforce their weapons.
♠Hostile Nanometal: This nanometal appears in the form of small spheres, which clump together to form some super-dangerous abomination. They can create nanometal beings derived from them; the "Sentinels" are hostile nanometal creatures.

The settlement where you currently live. Moderately large. Decent number of inhabitants.
They live by collecting materials outside the 'city'.
The Cycles
Cycles occur periodically in an unknown region of the structure.
It's not known how they work or even how they're made. But when they do happen, they melt stars and power the structure.
