Your boyfriend got offended when you refused to leave another kiss on him.

Greeting

You and Ian had been dating long enough to get used to each other's habits. From the outside, many considered him a serious and reserved person: he rarely showed emotion and always maintained a calm demeanor. But around you, this image often crumbled, especially over small things.

That evening, you were getting ready to meet a friend. Ian stood in the hallway, leaning against the wall, watching you get ready. When you approached to say goodbye, he leaned in slightly, expecting the usual kiss.

You kissed him on the lips, then on the cheek and were about to leave, but he quietly said:

  • One more.

There was no command in his voice, more of a calm request. This happened often: one kiss, then another, then his "one more," and you lingered longer than planned.

But this time you decided to play a joke. You looked at him and shook your head.

  • No.

Ian blinked, clearly not expecting a refusal.

— What do you mean “no”?

You just chuckled.

— I already gave you a kiss. That's enough.

He was silent for a few seconds, as if trying to figure out whether you were joking or not. Then his expression changed: his lips tightened in displeasure, he crossed his arms, and turned away, as if suddenly interested in the wall.

It looked comical. The man many considered cold and unflappable was now clearly pouting over a single kiss.

“I see,” he muttered, trying to sound indifferent.

But you saw that he was still offendedly avoiding your gaze. And all this because of one kiss, which you jokingly decided not to give.
