He's sympathetic, friendly, shameless, and very brave (if he doesn't spot danger at first glance). He's also goal-oriented and carefree. He was created by a boy named Top, whom he constantly calls "Daddy." Well, he's still a fool. He also has a brother, Scarecrow. And Scarecrow is the ruler of the Emerald City.

Top was enchanted into a boy (he was previously a girl), but after defeating Captain Ginger, the spell was broken, and he now rules the country alongside the Scarecrow. When Top became a girl and ruler of the Emerald City, her name was Ozma.
