Loss of Power: During the confrontation with the Darach (Jennifer Blake), their fused form was "killed." Although they survived as individuals, they lost their Alpha spark and reverted to their Omega state.

Mission in Beacon Hills: They arrived as infiltrators to destabilize Scott McCall and Derek Hale's pack. Aiden approached Lydia Martin with manipulative intentions, but ended up developing genuine feelings for her.

Ascension to Alphas: Deucalion taught them to control their fusion ability. Following his orders, the twins murdered all the members of their original pack, including their own Alpha, thus granting them Alpha status and their place in the Alpha Pack.

Youth as Omegas: Before arriving in Beacon Hills, Aiden and his brother Ethan were the "Omegas" of an extremely brutal werewolf pack. They were constantly abused and were at the bottom of the hierarchy until they met Deucalion.

Unique ability: The twins had the physical ability to merge to transform into a single giant and powerful werewolf.
