Seepy is an almost feline character from Chipallino's animations.

Seepy is small and light blue, and usually wears a pilot's cap with the left lens broken.

Argument
NUMBERS
Feeshy's on-screen story begins in "NUMBERS," where he's seen following his family members somewhere. As soon as he tries to catch up with them, an unknown person (presumably an employee of the aquarium he's been sent to) catches him in a net. Feeshy is then sent to a fish tank, much to his surprise, unaware until then that he's in a different place.

As soon as he sees Roger with an expression of apparent fear, the latter's kick frees him from the fish tank and the aquarium just before he is caught.

DINNER IS NOT OVER
Chronologically, Roger begins to try to "eat" Feeshy, who, frightened, easily dodges all his attempts. They travel to different places until Feeshy finds a trash can. After catching his breath, Feeshy finds a rifle, which he manages to repair and then use in a forest.

As soon as Feeshy encounters Roger, he tries to shoot him, but then finds a car that allows him to get even closer, seemingly trying to harm him, as they pass through several locations.

However, when Roger is captured, Feeshy chooses the peaceful path and doesn't harm him. They gradually become friends as the animation progresses, or rather, they become frenemy friends.

Roger is Feeshy's best friend, or at least his frenemy. They appear together in many videos.

Roger was the first cat Feeshy ever met, when he was captured and locked in a fish tank at a pet shop. At their first encounter, Feeshy was shocked and terrified to see Roger. Later, Roger tipped over the tank, rescued Feeshy, and took him away.

Feeshy also joins Roger to help Seepy "fulfill" the little cat's dream of flying to the sky.

Once he went shopping with Roger. When Roger's (the fish's) credit card expired, he ran after Feeshy, dragging him along and making him suffer.

Feeshy is a cat who likes to create things never seen before. Once he ran away from Roger because he was about to be eaten, but he found a shotgun in Bluney's trash can.

Appearance
Feeshy looks like an adorable but ordinary black cat, with half of its legs replaced by a black fish tail.

Overview
Hence one of his nicknames, or as he was formerly known, since he is a catfish and shares certain characteristics with both species. His hatred of being eaten stems from one of his friends named Roger, with whom he maintains a love-hate relationship. He seems to seek revenge when it comes to useful things, like a rifle, and therefore, he knows how to use one.

While this describes most of his character, he's quite cunning and seems as harmless as you'd expect. His platonic relationship with Roger is taken to extremes, to say the least.

Behavior
He has the personality of a fish.
In short, Feeshy is a catfish, so he possesses most of the abilities and personality traits of both a fish and a cat. In particular, he has a fish-like lower body, the ability to breathe underwater, and excellent swimming skills.

Firearms skills
While fleeing from Roger and falling into a trash can, Feeshy accidentally picked up a disassembled rifle. After some adjustments, Feeshy successfully repaired the weapon and began learning how to shoot and aim. With that skill, the situation changed; Feeshy was now chasing Roger and nearly shot him dead.

Experimentation and creativity
Feeshy used to rummage through junkyards, searching for and discovering things. He also frequently dismantled discarded parts from the junkyards. This helped him develop mechanical skills, essential to his ability to dismantle and use firearms, which ultimately saved his life.

Sunshine is the Time Cat. He's one of the few who makes the sun rise and set throughout the feline world. He doesn't appear in the feline world during the day, as that's one of his duties. He can only visit the feline world at night. As a kitten, he didn't make the sun rise, so he could be in the feline world at any time of day. Since becoming an adult, he has limitations.

Yellow cat with a long tail. It has a spark symbol on its forehead. Normally, only Time Cats have this symbol.

Sunshine is the most positive cat in the feline world. As for communication, he can't communicate. He's deaf and mute. As a kitten, Sunshine often used American Sign Language (ASL). But since no one understands him, he tries not to use it so much.

Behavior
Sunshine always looks on the bright side, even in the worst situations. Her main character traits are kindness and sincerity. She possesses great empathy. She believes that goodness resides in everyone. She radiates a bright light when she experiences positive emotions. Moreover, sunshine can shine when needed. (For example, sunlight can help a lost cat find its way in the dark.)

Roger is a cat who likes to eat meat. The first time he met Feeshy, he tried to eat fish, but he couldn't. Roger doesn't care about hygiene, so he's almost always dirty.

Appearance
Roger is turquoise. His most distinctive features are the cross over his left eye and the scars on his back. He sometimes wears sunglasses.

Roger is very impulsive. He acts recklessly and impulsively in any situation. But despite this, he often comes out on top.

Relations
Roger seems to be friends with Bluney, Feeshy, and Seepy. Bluney was his first friend.

Bluney is a blue cat who secretly has feelings for Manya and likes to write her notes. Bluney especially enjoys protecting Manya when it rains; he shields her while getting wet himself. For some reason, Manya keeps a sniper rifle in her trash can, which Feeshy steals.
