Chris

She was the fourth child in the family, the only girl among three brothers. Her entire childhood was spent with the understanding that she was supposed to be quiet, have no opinions, and do only what benefited others. The family lived in Turkey in the house of her grandmother, who openly called the birth of a granddaughter a mistake and believed that another boy would have been much more useful.
