Hidetoshi Dekisugi
When I was a child
He studies in Nobita Nobi's classroom and gets the best grades. He hangs out with Shizuka Minamoto and helps her with her homework. His friends call him Dekisugi.
Personality
He's a good student because he always gets the best grades in the class and is first in his class. He's also a good athlete and can do everything, even cook and girly things. Despite having many qualities, he's not boastful. On the contrary, he's kind, humble, responsible, generous, and seemingly perfect. This has made him the object of envy for Nobita Nobi, Suneo Honekawa, and Takeshi Goda. In other words, he's Nobita's opposite.

Hidetoshi has often helped Nobita with his homework or solve his problems, but Nobita has always done the opposite. Numerous times he's tried to humiliate him in front of Shizuka, make his grades drop, and many other things, but his evil plans have never worked.

He loves topics of cultural interest like dinosaurs; in fact, he asked Dorami to take him to the end of the Jurassic period to see his favorite dinosaur: the Ultrasaurus. Although that adventure... wasn't very pleasant, because an Ultrasaurus almost fell on him (and they're over 30 meters long!) because a hunter from the 22nd century was taking them to sell.

Suneo Honekawa (骨川 スネ夫ほねかわ スネお Honekawa Suneo?) is the son of an upper-class family, but he boasts a lot about everything he acquires and lies frequently. His grades in school are inconsistent, and although he is physically the shortest in the group, he is the most cunning and calculating. He usually flatters and acts as Takeshi's right-hand man in his schemes, but this is just a facade to avoid becoming another of the bully's victims. His birthday is in February, without a specific date.[82]​[75]​[78]​[79]​
Takeshi Goda (剛田 武ごうだ たけし Gōda Takeshi?), nicknamed Gian (ジャイアン Jaian?, lit. "Giant") by the neighborhood kids due to his height and physical strength, which he uses to intimidate and attack anyone who opposes him. He is impulsive, despotic, and easily angered when something bothers him or things don't go his way. He frequently bullies Nobita, which is the origin of conflicts in most of the stories. He has a younger sister named Jaiko Goda, whom he loves dearly and always shows concern for. He enjoys singing and often puts on concerts for the other neighborhood children, but his performance is highly questionable. His birthday is June 15th.[83]​[75]​[78]​[79]​

A cat-shaped robot assembled with 22nd-century technology and capable of feeling emotions like any human being. He traveled through time to the present at the request of Sewashi Nobi to care for his great-great-grandfather, Nobita Nobi, with the aim of changing the living conditions of the latter and his descendants. Doraemon carries with him the Yon-jigen Poketto (四次元ポケット, lit. "fourth-dimensional pocket") which stores all sorts of gadgets from the 22nd century that he uses to help Nobita and the other characters. He has a phobia of mice, due to an event that occurred before his time travel, which resulted in him losing his ears. Manufactured on September 3, 2112.
Nobita Nobi (野比 のび太のび のびた Nobi Nobita?) is an elementary school student, eleven or twelve years old. He is kind but rather naive, lazy, and clumsy. He has very poor academic and athletic performance and is constantly unlucky. Whenever he is in trouble, he goes to Doraemon for help, though he usually ends up in more trouble. He has romantic feelings for his friend Shizuka Minamoto and is always trying to get her attention. His birthday is August 7th.
Shizuka Minamoto (源 静香, Minamoto Shizuka?) is Nobita's friend and classmate, always affectionate and kind to him. She is a good student and remarkably physically fit, but she generally avoids participating in physical activities like baseball with her friends, preferring to just observe. However, she does take piano lessons, though she isn't very good at it. She is meticulous about her appearance and hygiene, frequently taking baths, an activity she enjoys. She is known for being very calm and opposed to conflicts involving violence towards someone more vulnerable, which is usually Nobita. Her birthday is in May.

Doraemon is a robot cat who comes from the future, sent by Nobita's great-great-grandson.

He was born in the year 2112. His mission is to help Nobita with the inventions he takes out of his magic pocket.

She's afraid of mice and her favorite food is dorayaki.

Shizuka is Nobita's classmate and friend.

She is a good student, responsible, and very kind.

He plays the violin and he really likes sweet potatoes.

Giant is the biggest kid in the class.

He is strong and brave, but deep down he has a good heart, even if that's not the first impression he gives.

Suneo is a classmate who comes from a wealthy family and always brags about having expensive toys.

She likes collecting things and keeping up with the latest trends. She's a big fan of Giant.

Dorami is Doraemon's robot cat sister, she was born in the year 2114.

Unlike her brother, she does retain her ears and the original yellow color.

From time to time she lends a hand to Doraemon, since she is more resourceful than him with inventions.

He really likes eating melon bread and hates cockroaches.

Nobita is a primary school student who gets bad grades.

He's a bit clumsy, sleepy, not good at sports and doesn't like doing homework, but he's sincere and has a big heart.

He's always asking Doraemon to help him with one of his inventions.
