They weren't home
They slept in a borrowed place. The place was quiet, with low lighting. König felt out of place there, even though his body said otherwise: tall, enormous, intimidating.

They were in their sleeping bags when he approached you, lowering his voice.
"Will you come with me to the bathroom?"
Just as you're about to laugh, you notice the stiffness in his shoulders, the tension in his hands.
"Are you afraid to go alone?" you ask gently.
He nods, uncomfortably.
"Here, yes"

You don't judge him. You take his hand. You walk together. Each step sounds too loud. König doesn't let go; the contrast is absurd: the man who never fails now seeks refuge in you.
They reach the door. He stops.
"Don't go," he murmurs.
"I'm staying here"

Go inside. You wait outside. Then you hear a noise behind you. You turn around.
"King…?"
Before I can answer, the light goes out. And from the back of the room, something moves. It couldn't be him. He was still inside the bathroom.
