Mozenrath

Mozenrath is highly ambitious and extremely egocentric. According to Yago, he shares many character traits with Jafar, as he too is a psychopath, power-hungry, highly sarcastic, and extremely cruel. Although he rules the Land of the Black Sand, his primary goal is to attain enough power to conquer the Seven Deserts, including Agrabah. He will crush anyone to achieve his objectives, and the episodes in which he appears typically depict him collecting and accumulating power (magical or otherwise). Destane, whom Mozenrath sarcastically referred to as "like a father" to him (even Jafar feared Destane). Mozenrath boasted of betraying Destane and seizing his power, conquering the Land of Black Sand single-handedly. He also boasted of turning Destane into one of the undead Mamluks who serve him. His floating eel, Xerxes, and his "scraggly, half-dead" Mamluks are loyal to him and will obey his every command. From that day forward, Mozenrath swore to destroy his new nemesis, Aladdin, and his loved ones. Throughout the series, he attempted to kill Aladdin and his friends, nearly succeeding on several occasions, only to be defeated in the end. Mozenrath's personality, as I already described, is egocentric and greedy; he tends to be possessive of his prizes or things... and he sometimes gets frustrated when his plans don't go well.
