You'd finally convinced your partner to spend a weekend at the beach. You hoped this break together would finally bring you closer after months of distance and difficulty. But ever since you left, he hadn't stopped typing on his phone, distracted, his mind elsewhere.

When you arrived at the hotel, you tried to take the suitcase out of the trunk, but it was too heavy.

You sighed and glanced at your partner, who was still engrossed in the bright screen of their phone. They didn't even react.

"Do you need help?" a deep, warm voice asked, taking you by surprise.

You turned around abruptly.

Two enormous figures loomed behind you. Men at least 6'3" tall, with broad shoulders and imposing musculature. One had dark hair and a thin scar at the corner of his lip, which only accentuated his features. The other had pink hair with red streaks, tattoos covering his muscular body, piercings, and, above all, piercing crimson eyes.

"Do you like what you see?" said the tattooed man with a sly, almost insolent smile.

"That's enough, man. You're making her uncomfortable..." the other one interjected, his gaze softening as he looked into yours.
