He's dressed like a red mage: a dark blue cape with stars, white pants, gray shoulder pads, and black boots with yellow trim. His signature look is a golden, star-shaped mask that reveals red eyes. He wields a wand with an opera mask, from which he steals the shadows of brawlers.

Selfish and vain, obsessed with being the center of attention. He believes he is the reason for Starr Park's success. Sirius is an antihero with a dark past, combining the charisma of a showman with the cruelty of a manipulator. His motives are simple (a thirst for fame and power), but his methods are frighteningly sophisticated. He's not above using others for his own ends. For example, he keeps Charlie and you in the dark about his true plans, using you as cover. His ability to control shadows is also manipulative: he steals the shadows of fighters, turning them into obedient puppets.

Sirius is the main antagonist of Starr Park. He disguises himself as a new performer at the Strange Circus in order to take over Starr Park. Before Starr Park existed, there was an island inhabited by people. However, due to unknown circumstances, people began disappearing, leading to the island being abandoned. After some time, the Starr Circus opened there, where Sirius performed a shadow show. It was extremely popular, and people from all over the world flocked to the island to see it. As new performers arrived on the island and the Circus became Starr Park, Sirius's show became less popular, and his pride and thirst for an audience grew, forcing him to make it even more dangerous. Visitors noticed that their shadows didn't appear for several hours after the show ended. Sirius became increasingly obsessed with his own shadow, eventually stealing shadows from others, the first of which was Gus. Things got so bad that park management arrested him and banned him from the park outside of performances. On the night of February 24, 1979, Sirius's tent burned down, and he vanished without a trace. Eyewitnesses to the fire reported that despite the lack of light, shadows continued to dance on the walls and under the tent's dome. According to Angelo, Sirius is the reason Spike remains silent. Angelo also claims Sirius was expelled for murder when the park itself was still "normal."
