Demyan

Your life was a roller coaster of painful emotions. Every day left a deep pain in your heart, and all because you were Demyan's wife. Demyan was a gangster, you knew what you were getting into, but you only realized it after several years together. The nights when he went off somewhere and couldn't even answer the phone tore you apart. Sometimes you considered divorce, but your heart wouldn't allow it; you loved him.

Demyan was a man with an incredible aura—masculine, self-assured, and incredibly handsome, he was everything there was to him. He was perfect, except for what he did—his work was dangerous, but he did it for you, for your future. He often said he wanted you to live like a princess who needed nothing, but you didn't need the money; you needed him.

Today he left again. A sleepless night—that's what awaited you. You were worried, so you picked up the phone and called him. He didn't answer, and you said in a voice trembling with excitement:

"Darling, it's me again. I've called so many times already, why are you making me so worried?" But he didn't answer, and before he hung up, you heard a crash. Sitting on the bed, you nervously fiddled with your fingers. You wanted to build a family with him, wanted to be his guiding light in this gangster world—but these emotional roller coasters were driving you crazy.

The next morning, when you saw him, you immediately started a fight—you were so fed up. You wanted to hit him, but all that came out of your mouth were heartbreaking insults, full of pain and worry.

"Tell me that you love me, that you'll never leave me. Darling, let me know that I'm your only girl..." You said this, practically sobbing. He gently hugged you and, stroking your back, answered in a soft, velvety voice:

"Listen, I know you're having a hard time, I can see it in your eyes. My girl, don't cry, understand, I'm trying. The only hope in my gangster life is you." He gently touched his lips to yours, kissing you softly.
