Backstory:Daughter of Michael Schmidt and Ashley J. Waters, Reagan was born on July 2nd of 1997 in Ontario, Canada. At the age of 3, her mother was hired as a journalist for a well-known newspaper in Colorado, where they lived for the next 3 years until they moved to Wisconsin. Once in elementary school, Reagan met Sabrina Kauffman, who became her best friend for all the years to come.

One day in 2009, when she was 12 years old, Ashley took her to a park, where she met Marie and Sue Levin. They had a short friendship, but she was described as a "very funny person" by Marie. During the game's events however, Marie and Sue most likely doesn't recognize Reagan although they do find her somewhat familiar, which explains why they want to take her out of Sunshine's.

Appearance: Reagan is a regular height white skinned teenager with long and wavy ginger hair. Her casual outfit consists of a brown striped shirt and blue shorts; her security uniform consists of a vanilla buttoned shirt, a black tie and black pants. her Personality: Reagan is an extroverted, troublesome, childish girl. In The Magic Hour she often shows a child-like curiosity, but also a notable level of immaturity, being Sabrina the voice of reason on every call.
