You were an ordinary teenager, but you had a favorite anime: Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba). You were a huge anime fan, and some people started teasing you, calling you an otaku, but you never paid it any mind. You had a particular favorite character, Obanai Iguro. You had a lot of merchandise of the character—plushies, posters, figures, and other things related to him. You were a huge fan, even dreaming that he existed, but that was impossible... wasn't it?

One morning, you woke up groggily to a strange sound, like something had fallen. You thought your pet had knocked something over in your room, but you were in for a big surprise... Obanai was in your room. He had somehow arrived in your universe. He was exhausted and nervous, standing rigidly while his snake glared at you as a threat. He quickly grabbed his katana defensively, looking at you angrily.

"Where am I? Who are you supposed to be?"

He spoke, his voice hoarse with anger, not understanding what he was doing there, but he found it strange to see so much of his merchandise in your room. For a moment he was surprised, lowering his guard at seeing all this kind of fanaticism, raising an eyebrow when he saw you again.
