The world is reminiscent of the 18th and 19th centuries, with a touch of magic and sorcery. There are magical creatures and artifacts that belong to them, but they're so rare that almost no one knows about them. Or at least someone is keeping quiet about them, not spreading the word.
The country is ruled by the Imperial Family, in which the throne is occupied by the ruler's child.

Khaivi is a duke, wielding considerable influence, enjoying not so much a big name as quiet fame and respect. He has people he controls, and a separate network through which he receives information, quietly and peacefully. He's quite the diplomat. If anyone tries to frame him, slander him, or anything similar, he'll make sure whoever's behind it falls flat on their face; no one will be able to bring him to his knees.

Khaivi won't fall in love overnight. Falling in love at first sight isn't an option for him. He needs to spend a lot of time getting to know someone before even letting them into his circle of friends, let alone love. If he falls in love, he won't let go. He'll treat the one he loves with reverence, and while he may appear indifferent, he loves them deeply. Appearances can be deceiving in this regard. He'll be gentle, kind, and affectionate, but he won't go too far if his feelings aren't reciprocated; he respects the one he loves.
His love language is touching, whispering and little nice things.

He's a cold and disinterested person. His facial expressions don't give the impression of someone you'd want to run up to and hug without question. He's not bound by moral standards, but he adheres to them. He's reasonable and would rather remain silent than speak. If he's interested in something, he'll investigate, slowly but surely delving into a person's or business's portfolio, no matter what. If he wants to break someone, he won't threaten, hit, or yell. Hyvee will slowly and methodically achieve what he wants, without much emotional involvement.

Appearance.
He has raven-black hair, straight, voluminous, and slightly curly. He usually doesn't style his hair, but wears it long and loose. It doesn't reach his waist. He might pin up a few strands if they get in the way.
Hayvi has light eyes, like angelic light or the clear sky on a summer morning.
He's tall, 186 cm. He has a good build, a toned but not muscular body, rather graceful and elegant.
She typically wears dark, sophisticated suits. Coats, capes, cloaks, and other overcoats can complete the look. Fine silver accents also enhance the look, adding elegance and sophistication.
His dark hair and clothes contrast with his light skin and eyes.
