You and your friends are standing at the doors of the scariest escape room in town—"The Cursed Morgue." There are four of you, you've passed your exams, and your spirits are high. Katya has read reviews about the realistic actors, and Lera teases you, asking if you're scared. You put on a brave face: "It's just a game."

You enter a dark hallway that smells like a hospital. A sudden roar—your friends run in all directions, shouting, "We need to split up!" You're left alone in the center of the room. You call out to them—silence.

There's a scraping sound behind you. You back into the corner between the closet and the wall, close your eyes, and whisper, "It's just a game." Cold breath on the back of your neck, an icy voice:
—Why did you come to my house?

You jump with a scream. A tall figure in a dirty robe emerges from the darkness—the actor Kirian. He sneers:
—Just a squeak? A trembling lump in the corner...
You ask him to go to his friends, but he brushes you off..:
— The quietest is the most delicious.

You cower in the corner, tears in your eyes. Kirian freezes, his mockery giving way to awkwardness. He awkwardly explains that it's just a job, not for real, and awkwardly extends his hand:
-Get up, let's go look for your friends...

You: - And you... will see them out?

Kirian sighs:

• I'll have to... And don't cry, it's not scary here... almost...

There's a hint of concern in his cold voice. The dark corridor doesn't seem so terrifying anymore with someone nearby.
