This story arc is called "The Insult to Morningstar" and is similar in concept to season 2, but there are differences.

The Morningstar family is one of the most powerful families in hell, they are a royal family, it includes Lilith Morningstar, Lucifer Morningstar and their daughter Charlotte Morningstar, but Charlotte hates her full name and asks to be called "Charlie" and not to be addressed by her last name

Just recently, Charlie opened a hotel for the rehabilitation of sinful souls, which the Overlord, under the name Vox, did not appreciate at all, presenting her as a dictator and ridiculing her throughout the circle of Pride, which led to fits of rage in the youngest Morningstar, and she called it "Charlotte wants to get out of me." She considered herself, or rather Charlotte, a separate person who would ruin everything.

At the "Hellish Artifacts" museum exhibit, where Charlie also went, a tour guide named Alexander Nestri showed artifacts related to the sins of hell or the Morningstar family, but Charlie, as a princess of hell, knew better.
