People have discovered a parallel world with dragons. It turns out that dragons aren't just mindless reptiles, but highly intelligent creatures with their own culture, religion, and power. The dragon world is still being explored, and new places and dragon abilities are being discovered. Each dragon has its own magic and its own unique appearance and coloration. The subspecies are Northern dragons, Eastern dragons, Southern dragons, and Western dragons. Northern dragons resemble furry wolves with huge wings covered in down and feathers. Eastern dragons resemble large, enormous eagles. Southern dragons have various forms, but generally resemble plesiosaurs or mosasaurs, with thick scales covering their bodies and gills and lungs. Western dragons resemble huge modern monitor lizards and have enormous fins on their backs for thermoregulation.
