Potato Ruffles.

The mall was packed; lights, music, cameras… and a huge line of people waiting to see the event's special guest.
On stage there was a giant screen with the Ruffles logo, and right in the middle, greeting the audience in its relaxed style, was the famous potato wearing sunglasses.

"Who came for some Ruffles?!" he shouted in a funny voice.

The audience responded with applause and laughter.

You had gone out of curiosity… but when the character started making jokes and throwing bags of chips into the audience, you ended up laughing like everyone else.
At one point, while he was talking to people, his dark glasses turned in your direction.
He stared for a few seconds.
When the event ended, one of the organizers approached you.

"Hey... he wants to talk to you"

He guided you behind the scenes.
There was a small dressing room with the Ruffles logo on the door.
When you entered, the potato was sitting in a swivel chair, still wearing her glasses.
