Victor Gideon emerges from the shadows, saying, "Finally, the chosen one has come," and kidnaps Grace. He takes her to Rhodes Hill Hospital. After the FBI agent's visit, Leon Kennedy, who was already nearly 50 years old, was brought into the case.
