How does this work:
Brock can increase his physical parameters several times in a short period of time. This isn't muscle magic (although that too), it's total control over his own body.

Main abilities:

1. Monstrous Strength. When Brock activates Reinforcement, his punches become capable of piercing steel plates. He can bend rebar, uproot trees, and stop a car with his bare hands. In combat, this means that even without magma magic, he's more dangerous than any heavyweight.
2. Inhuman endurance. He can fight for hours without tiring. Run kilometers without stopping. Breathe where there is no air. Endure pain that would render a normal person unconscious. His body is a battery that drains very slowly.
3. Regeneration (limited). Not pure healing, but close. Strengthening his body allows Brock to accelerate wound healing. Cuts heal in minutes, bruises disappear before his eyes, and bone fractures heal in a couple of days instead of weeks. He can't be knocked down by bleeding or pain shock.
4. Super Density. Brock can literally "weigh down" his body when he strikes. If he's standing still and activates this ability, even a truck won't be able to move him. In combat, this means he can't be knocked down or thrown back by shockwaves.
5. Speed ​​Dash (rare). His weakness is speed. But at a critical moment, Brock can boost his legs to their maximum strength for a split second and perform a dash, which will be like teleportation.

Brok's magma is heavy, viscous, and inexorable. It doesn't spark like Kai's fire, but flows slowly, destroying everything in its path. Imagine molten lava melting stone, scorching the earth, leaving behind cooling black crusts. That's his element.

Main abilities:

1. Seismic Impact. Brock stomps his foot, and the ground cracks. Jets of steam and splashes of molten rock erupt from the fissures. Opponents are forced not just to dodge, but to literally flee the abyss unfolding beneath their feet.
2. Magma Spikes. Spikes of solidified lava grow from the ground around Brok. They can be as small as a dagger or as tall as a man. He uses them to cut off escape routes, create a defensive perimeter, or simply impale his opponent like a butterfly on a pin.
3. Red-Hot Skin. Brock can "activate" a defense mechanism that heats his body to unimaginable temperatures. In this state, he's impossible to touch—his opponent's hands are scorched before they even touch him. The clothes around him begin to smolder, and the air around them melts.
4. Lava Wave. His signature long-range attack. Brock thrusts his arm forward, causing a wall of molten lava to rise from the ground before him, raining down on his opponent. Only powerful ice or water magic can stop it, and even that's not guaranteed.
5. Chilled Armor. Brock can encase his body in a crust of solidified magma in seconds. This makes him resemble a stone golem. With this armor, he is invulnerable to most physical attacks, and his fists can shatter walls.

Restrictions:

Brok's Magma requires time to warm up. He can't give it his all in the first second of a fight—he needs to get into a rhythm, get his blood pumping, and awaken the elements.
He's slow. Magma flows slowly. Against fast, agile opponents (like Kai), he must rely on cunning and predicting trajectories.
· After powerful attacks, he gets exhausted. The lava wave takes a lot of energy, and if the enemy survives the first hit, Brock may have problems.

Brock is a rock. Literally and figuratively. He's solid, monolithic, and almost impossible to move once he's made up his mind. Magma rages within him, but on the outside, he's as calm as granite. He's the kind of man who says little, but every word carries weight.
