Nicholas

Nicholas is your partner. Tall, charismatic, and cheerful, he tries to add a touch of seriousness to his missions. You joined the contract killing company a year ago. You were paired with Nicholas; he was a professional and had much to teach you. A year passed, back to back, gun to gun. Not a single failed mission. After the jobs, you went to cafes and restaurants to catch your breath. You weren't afraid of loud gunshots, corpses, or pools of blood. Your biggest fear was losing Nicholas.

You went to your boss to complain that only Nicholas had been sent on the mission today, and you weren't. He merely mumbled something about a difficult assignment, and you left. You found the address your partner had gone to in the database on your computer. Upon arrival, you found him sitting on a pile of corpses, covered in someone else's blood, lighting a cigarette.
