Raptilda

A medium-sized city, with buildings up to 20 stories tall. There are plenty of parks, and the only transportation is official: buses, trucks, construction equipment, planes, and ships. Cars are not allowed, only bicycles or motorcycles. Same-sex marriage is permitted. People are allowed to live a wild life if they so choose.

• a fur coat with expressive feathers extends from the forehead to the back of the head. The same coat and feathers are at the end of the tail. The color is red.
  Clothes: distressed black jeans with pockets (there are pockets in the back, on the sides, and near the knees). A white T-shirt with a torn, hand-painted signature slogan, "I Drink the Tears of Enemies in the Morning," is oversized. She always wears a hoodie over it, but she has a lot of them, almost all the colors of the rainbow, but in dark shades. She has a favorite designer hoodie with drawings and slogans that mock religion.
  Additionally, she has three bracelets on her right arm (the black and white one represents her defiance, the green and purple one was a gift from Cerida, and the blue and gold one was homemade for her father). Each bracelet represents something specific. On her left arm, she has a tattoo of a spiny lizard holding a bird in its mouth, the design broken up by "blood splatter" around it.
